Milani Baked Blush in Rose D'oro & Luminoso Review

Hey my beauties how are you all doing today :)
Well today I have come to the very last Item in my swap with the Lovely Shirley.  I left the best for last :) I loved every last item I got from Shirley as they were all on my wishlist but these little beauties were the most I was looking forward to getting as they were longer on my wishlist.  I have seen so many popular beauty gurus either using these in their videos or boasting about them for so long and it became a must have for me especially these two shades as they are the most popular Emilynoel83 was the woman who put the want on me first every favourites video or every budget friend video she makes she talks bout these :)
So on with my thoughts on these blushes
"A luxurious powder blush that features a mélange infusion of colors baked on Italian terracotta tiles. Easy to use, sensorial in texture, the nuances of color become extraordinarily luminous. Silky smooth application leaves your face looking healthy and radiant all day." By Milani

For 3.5g of product they cost $8 each.  On Cherry Culture they are retailing at $6.99 at the moment.  The packaging was very surprising to me to be honest for an affordable blush this is very very sturdy.  I love the gold rim on the lid as it makes it look more expensive than you paid even though its plastic, there is a downfall on that too the gold can easily be scratched with tends to be more noticeable.  Inside the packaging you will get your lovely blush.  The blush lifts like another lid and under that you will get your mirror and blush brush which i dont really use but can be used on travel.   Now before I go any further I would just like to add that anyone who is not a fan of shimmer blushes will not be too keen on these but some are less shimmery than others.
Lets go onto the shades shall we :)
Rose D'oro:   This is the most beautiful peachy coral shade with golden shimmer.  This caught my eye the first time i ever heard of these blushes and it was my goal to get it.  I am glad i did as it looks absolutely stunning on my skintone.  This gives a beautiful natural look to the cheeks.  The shimmers on this blush is a little more chunky that the next blush but if you didnt want that you can easily tap off a majority of the shimmer before applying.
Next shade is another stunning shade :)
Luminoso:  I love the name its very emmmmm spanish or something lol
This is a lovely lighter peachy orange shade with golden micro-shimmers.  This is a fantastic blush for fair to medium skin tones and a perfect highlight for a woman of colour.  As you can see yourself even by looking at the blush in the pan the shimmers is very very fine and appear fine on the cheeks all you see is a stunning glow which is amazing.  This is a perfect blush for the summertime I love it :)
I can definitely see what all the hype is about when it comes to Milani Baked Blushes.  I also have a soft spot for baked products so im glad I ended up not been disappointed :)  These blushes are actually compared with Mac's Mineralised blushes not that i can confirm that as i dont own any but they do look just as amazing and seem to be just as pigmented.  I love how soft they feel on my skin they feel so creamy to swatch too.  I am so so surprised with how pigmented they are literally one swipe with the brush and you have enough to do your whole cheek :)  They last all day on me without having to touch up but if you suffer with oily skin i think maybe having this in your bag might not be a bad idea.   They are so so easy to apply you literally apply and run i love that :)
If i was to find any fault with these I would say maybe the blush could do without the brush and maybe not be as bulky but that's not a huge deal for me.  I really want to try more shades in this baked blush.  They are amazing and anyone who doesn't mind a little shimmer should really try them out :)  But let me just state that the shimmer pays off more of a glow that a disco ball look.  These are perfect to wear on a night out as the camera picks up on the shimmer and your skin looks dewy.  If you are a mature lady who suffers with large pores this blush will highlight your pores more.  In all I am very pleased with these blushes.  They are certainly a hit in my eyes and I will surely be shopping for more.

These are very pretty. I have Luminoso and I like it a lot. I don't wear it as often because I find I prefer matte blushes but they are very nice.
