#28 Days of Kisses *Day 12 Lipstick Tag

Hey my beauties how are you all today :) 

Wow this weather is so annoying I only wish the sun will come soon.  I have so many products I need to get photos of for reviews and the lighting is horrible any ways hopefully it will get better soon :) 

Todays lipstick choice has been one of my long time favourites actually its been a favourite for the past 2 years and I still to this day love it.  I have even bought back ups of it just in-case for any silly reason the company decides to take it off the market or something.  Plus The brand I am talking about is not available here or even in Europe, in fact the brand does not even have an on line site :( which is such a pity Because this brand is one of my top favourite drugstore brands :) :) 

The Brand I am Talking about ??

Wet N Wild Mega last Lip Color in 902C "Bare it All"
I am absolutely in love with this lipstick.  I have 3 other shades and actually have some more on the way check out the other shades I have here :) 
Wet N Wild has some fantastic products and it kills me to say its so hard to get our hands on them :( There is a couple of sites like nonpareil.com where you can get these but be careful of shipping it can be expensive the more you buy from it ans of course Ebay 
Anyway im babbling again :) 
These lipsticks are amazing amazing amazing for the price.  Price wise they will vary depending on where you get them but in America I think they cost about $2-$3 for 3.3g of product which is alot of product for one tiny price :) :) 

I have been loving matte lipstick alot lately as i have mentioned before and these too are a great wearable matte lipstick.  They are not a full matte but a matte with a little sheen :) In other words a semi matte.  Not only are they HUGELY pigmented but they a soft and creamy too :) 
They also don't sink into a lines you may have on your lips due to dryness.  
They are amazingly easy to apply too.  They glide and blend on brilliantly.  
If you do suffer with dry lips that's easily fixed by applying a balm to your lip before hand. 
The lasting power is all depending on the shade in all honesty for instance if you have an intense red on you that would surely last longer.  This shade is light so it may last a little less but I found this lasted a good 4 hours before I needed a little touching up.  Which to be honest does not bother me in the slightest as its such a dream to apply and wear :) 
"Bare It All" is a stunning light brown nude shade with a peachy undertone 

Just look at that pigmentation the first swatch is just one swipe the second is 3 layers.  I have taken photos of the lipstick on my lips in both natural light and with flash of the camera bother ways looks amazing :)

#28 Days of Kisses *Day 10 Lipstick Tag

Hey my beauties how are you all doing today :) 

I was rooting through my lips products yesterday and came across one lip product I have in all the shades they offer.  I was thinking to myself wow a much loved lip product I havent worn in quite a while Its unreal how you "Forget" about good product when you are a beauty guru especially.  I decided there and then that this lip product would be what I would wear for day 10. :) 

This product was a favourite of mine for a long time and I am nearly sure it was the first matte lip product I ever tried.  You see I was always into having lips even with a little bit of gloss be it from a lipstick or from a gloss etc.  I am not one who likes dry lips or dry product on my lips and I always thought all matte lip products done the same thing boy was i wrong.  

So I can clearly tell you that this lip product converted me to liking matte lipsticks 

So what is the lipstick I am Talking about :) 

 The e.l.f Matte Lip Color in Natural :) 

There are available from eyeslipsface.co.uk for only £3.75 for 1.8g and there are 6 shades to choose from I have 4 shades :) 

This convenient jumbo sized lip pencil creates exact colour application with twist up ease so you never have to sharpen. The pigment rich colour glides on effortlessly and easily to provide long lasting matte colour. The enriched Vitamin A, C & E formula moisturises and hydrates lips for beautiful healthy looking lips.

This is a well used shade as you see lol but the shade is stunning.  Its the perfect Natural shade hence the name :) :) Its a beautiful neutral pinky shade.  This is so so creamy and moisturising that it is hard to believe its a matte lipstick.  

Applying this lipstick is like a dream it glides on smoothly and the fact that it is matte you wouldn't need a lip liner wearing this.  

The packaging is brilliant as it can fit in you handbag and not be in the way.  It also comes with a hidden sharpener even though I have never used it.  

The Pigmentation is amazing you dont even need to build it.  The one thing I have to say with all the shades I do have they do not act like a stain so basically you will need to reapply through out the day.  

The lasting power is about 3-4 hours before you notice any fading 

Over all I think that these are amazing value for what you are getting :) :) 

I have found they do not even soak into any lines I have had on my lips but I do advise if you have very dry lips to apply a little balm to your lips before hand like I have done in the below photo 

Today I have applied this shade with a lip gloss over for longer lasting power and I found an amazing match for the shade and it looks amazing in person.

I applied on of my current favourite glosses The MUA Intense Kisses Gloss in "Sealed with a Kiss" Awwww its a stunning combination :) :)

NYX Matte Lipsticks Review

Hey my beauties how are you all doing today :) :) 
As you can see todays review is on 3 NYX Matte Lipsticks that i finally own for myself :) 
Oh boy i have been waiting a while to try these little beauties out.  Actually it was this time last year when they where first released.  When i seen Judy's aka itsjudytime's Swatch video on these i want them even more.... So I finally took the plunge a few weeks ago and went on ebay and bought 3 of these from beautydiscount07 she sells NYX product all brand new and she is a near Top Rated seller so i knew i was buying from the right place I got all 3 for 15 euro including postage working out at around 5 euro each BARGAIN :) :) 

These lipsticks are not hard to find you can get them on alot of online stores like cherry culture, nyx cosmetics site, ebay, pork daisy.com etc as i have noticed the seller i bought off has sold alot of these lipstick and is out of stock in a good few colours.  
There are 22 shades to choose from so there is a shade for at least every skin tone :) 
The packaging on these is actually quite nice.  I like the way you have the little window in the middle of the package and can see very clearly what the shade of the lipstick is.  I found the tube of lipstick to be sturdy and the lid seals well enough not to become loose.
I got 3 shades in which i did do my research on Judy's swatch video helped in that department.
That is a downfall when it comes to trying to choose shades that the sites do not give a good picture of what the shades actually look like. 
First shade i picked was 

I kind of knew off hand what this shade would look like on my as i have "Tea Rose" in the NYX round lipstick and i quite like it.  This shade is a beautiful Dusty rose shade and is more on the cool side.  This is a perfect everyday shade.  

Next Shade 

Sierra This shade surprised me a little to be honest :) This is in between a coral/red/brown shade but looks different on the lips to what it looks like in the tube.  To be honest when i seen it in the tube i thought i wasnt going to like it but i actually do and its a great shade for this season.  

And lastly 

Euro Trash now this is my go to everyday lip colour alot lately.  Its a perfect MLBB shade.  This too is perfect for this season :)  Its a lovely brown/pink shade.  Its not too far off the shade "Sierra" maybe a little more on the browner side but this is a perfect natural colour.  

The formulation of these lipstick are for sure matte.  But not so matte that you are tugging at your lips when applying.  What surprised me was when applying they feel really creamy and smooth.  Then i took a look at the ingredients and of course one of the ingredients is Bees Wax so that is the reason for the smoothness.  I do find you have to apply a lip balm to your lips before application or else this lipstick is going to emphasis on any cracks, chaps and dryness on your lips of course with any matte lipsticks. I did apply without lip balm just to see and even with my lips not suffering with dryness the lipstick did make my lips look quite dry.

These next pictures is swatches made with lip balm applied before 

The pigmentation from these is absolutely amazing you literally glide these on the lips and you have instant medium to full coverage.  I am in love with these to be honest and plan to buy a few more shade to add to my collection.  They last alot longer than a normal lipstick also and once you apply a balm they fade away quite well.  I found they last 4+ hours on my lips depending how much eating and drinking i do.  
Overall I think everyone should try these and have at least a few shades to their collection.
