M.N Generation II Longlasting Lipgloss - A Lipliner, Lipgloss, Lipstick & Lip Stain all in 1

Hello Beauties I hope you are all well :) 

Todays review is on a great lipgloss that acts like a Lipliner, Lipgloss, Lipstick and Lipstain all in 1 and only cost $1 each :) 

I got them from ebay and normally I wouldnt be too quick to buy makeup from ebay especially when I do not know what is going to be in them or where they are coming from.  I firt heard about them from the wonderful and gorgeous Dyna and I knew if she loved them they have to be good :)  She has went to the extent of buy all shades available and making about 3 videos of lip swatches and her review on them :)  I knew I had to try them then :)  As I trust her 100% :)  

Obviously I didnt buy all the shades but thanks to Dynas Videos I was able to choose 5 perfect shades for myself to try out :) 

There are around 36 shades of these lip glosses to choose from and I guarantee you will find it hard to choose only a selection of these :)  Make sure to check out Dynas Videos for full swatches and lip swatches to make sure that the shades will suit you :)  As Dyna stated on her videos there is alot of shades similar to each other :) 

Dyna is also great enough to list the sellers on ebay she bought them from so I choose one of them to order mine :)  This is the link to the ebay seller I got mine from :) and can i add shipping is free :)  I just want to mention that you will be waiting about a month before you package arrives so dont worry if you do not receive them before that amount of time :) 

So lets begin with the packaging :) 

The packaging looks more like a scientific tube used for sampling doesnt it?  

Well to me it does haha.  The tube of lipgloss is a very simple plastic tube with a black twistable lid.  The want is attached to the lid and has a nice long wand which at the end has a nice sized doe foot applicator 

Also on the lid is a sticker stating what number each lip product is.  Yes I am afraid these glosses are not named they are numbered :)  But we can not complain about that too much especially because of the price we are paying for them :) 

Let me show you the shades :) 

Starting with the very first one

Number 18 

This shade is a perfect nude shade a warm neutral light peachy brown which is perfect even for the palest of skin.  On anyone who has very pale skin this will look more like a brown.  On fair to medium this will look like a MLBB lip and on anyone who has darker skintone it will look more like a concealer type lip product but will still flatter your lips with a little gloss on top the perfect nude lip for darker skin tones :) 

Next Shade is # 10 

This is a stunning shade and compliments my lips so much.  It does have a frosty finish which I know alot of people might not like but its not OTT Frosty :)  Its a stunning bronze gold shade :)  I love it and love the effect.  This will compliment every skin tone which is brilliant :)  This can be worn everyday or even on a night out :)  

Next shade is # 02 

This is another MLBB (My Lips But Better) shade and can be worn everyday or with a dark smoky This is a stunning warm rosey pink shade and is build-able :)  you can apply it as light as you want or as heavy as you want and it looks amazing on the lips :)  This shade is also perfect for every skintone.  

This next shade will look very simular to # 02 but you will see a little difference :) 

#20

This shade as you can see is not a whole lot different #02.  Its more deeper is shade a deep golden rose shade with a slight orange finish .  The more you build on it the more deeper it gets.  It is also a little glossier than #02 which I love :)  This shade will also suit everyone :) 

Lastly we have one my favourite :) 

#22 

How beautiful is this shade :)  Its a very deep plum shade with a reddish undertone :)  Its going to suit the lightest skintone to the darkest honestly.  You can go as light as you can with a simply wash of colour or you can go as deep as you want :) 

Amazing :)  The one thing I will tell you is once you apply this shade and see it wear off you are going to be left with very pinky reddish lips even taking this off with an oil based makeup remover will not get rid of the stain.  So if you plan on wearing this make sure you are ready not to change you mind as it does instantly stain :) 

To be honest these lip glosses did surprise me.  I wasnt expecting them to be so creamy and easy to apply.  You do have to take care when applying the darker shades but once you apply you also have time to fix up before they dry completely.  What I love too is that they are buildable without getting lumpy and patch like some lip lacquers :)  I love that they do not feel over drying too :)  They do feel a little drying dont get me wrong but not that uncomfortable dryness you feel from some lip products.  I love that these are so highly pigmented too that it takes very little to apply.  They last all day long but I have found that if you eat anything with oils in it your lips will start to look patchy so be sure to bring the lip product along with you if you are away all day.  Once they dry they set.  They will not transfer whatsoever :)  I also recommend brings a wee lip balm along with you for a little dab of moisture especially if you suffer with dry lips :)

Overall for the price these are 100% worth trying out they do exactly what they state to do They do not budge unless you eat something oily.  They feel fabulous on the lips and look amazing :) :) 

For $1 they surely bright and dazzle your lips :)

Famous X Spotlight Lipgloss in Bombshell & Babe

Hello my wonderful readers How are you all doing today :) 

I have another Famous X Review for you today :) 

This is not the first lip product from Famous X I have reviewed I have also tried and tested their Lip Addict Lipsticks  in which I like 

So I opted for they Spotlight Lipglosses to see what they were like :) 

I decided on 2 shades that would be perfect for the coming Spring/Summer season after all the brighter the better but looking out the window (sigh) in fact what i see in front of me is a blizzardy snow fall its not even flakes of snow its light the light fluffy beads you will see in a beaded play ball or something like that.  Ok i am verging away from what I should be talking about lol sorry everyone I am so like that though I just love to talk !!!!

There is 6 shades of these lip glosses to choose from.  They cost £4.99 each for 8mls of product which is quite alot I have to say.  They are available in selected Superdrug stores or you can buy direct from their site.
The packaging is cute and simple.  It remind me so much of the e.l.f Glossy glosses and the MUA Intense Kisses gloss where packaging is concerned only this gloss is half a size bigger.  
No only that but this lipgloss comes with a mirror on the side of the packaging which is quite handy if you want to top up are not near a mirror and forgot your compact.  Not ONLY That but it also comes with an extremely bright light when you open the lip gloss up to apply.  This light would be handy to apply your gloss if you esb went out or your stranded in the middle of no where in your broken down car and the AA man which could be good looking is on his way lol 
To me the light is just an additional thing that really doesnt excite me a whole lot but might to others :) Well my 11 year old daughter thinks its the best thing every when I bought her a couple of these glosses along with my own :) 

Whats more important to me is the glosses performance and of course the applicator.  
The applicator is a doe foot applicator which i love the most as it makes applying the gloss so easy even without a mirror.  

 So let me go ahead and talk about the glosses themselves :)
The shades I got I am very pleased with as I said above these shades are perfect for the Spring and Summer months.

Bombshell:  Is a beautiful dolly pink with tiny silver shimmers which dont really appear to be noticable on the lips.  This is sheer but buildable.  
Babe:  This is a nice orange nude shade it too has tiny silver shimmers in it.  This too is very sheer and adds a little bit or a tanned orange
The Consistency of these glosses is quite nice.  They are not thick nor too thin.  They are not sticky or gloopy they just feel like a balm like texture.  They do have a little scent to them a very faint vanilla scent you will notice it disappearing as soon as you apply it.  I found the lasting power a little disappointing to be honest.  I had to reapply about 1-2 hours later which is a little annoying on those dry lip days.  I like to apply these over lipsticks or when I use a lip pencils for a little extra boost and they work brilliantly for that purpose :) 

So if you are looking for a gloss that will give a little shine, a little tint, will not feel sticky and will do for an everyday wear lip gloss these are for you.  
I dont regret buying these glosses at all they are both beautiful shades that will do for my no lipstick days and for the days I just want something on my lips

#28 Days of Kisses *Day 25, 26 & 27 Lipstick Tag

Hello my gorgeous readers :) I hope you are all well 

I bet you thought I forgot about the lipstick tag in which is coming close to the end actually tomorrow is the last day of it :) I didnt forget about it I have left it purposely because I have been wearing the same brand lip product only in different shades including today to try and test them out :) So you can say this is also a review aswell as lips of the day :) 

The weather has changed quite a bit in the past week or so as it got very very cold all of a sudden and we even had spells of snow so my lips has been through warm heat in the house out to freezing cold temperatures outside so lipstick has been out of the question the past few days as I have had to keep my lips moisturised and what better way by doing that is either wearing balm or gloss so I opted for gloss :) 

The brand I choose was BH Cosmetics Lip Gloss :) 

I am sure you all know at this stage I am a fan of BH Cosmetics :) I have purchased quite alot from the site now and to be honest the shipping is very reasonable more reasonable than some sites who sell near enough the same type of products and not only that I never (touching wood) had any faults breakages late postages missing items or anything from them) 

When these glosses were released last year it took me some time to purchase them because in all fairness I have alot of glosses in my collection and really didnt need to buy more but then months later I broke and bought 3 shades I just had to try them and for the price it hardly broke the bank 

There are 10 shades to choose from some are matte and some have shimmer and the price varies depending on the offers at the time as BH Cosmetics are always doing great deals but at the moment there is 33% off these glosses.  Their original price is $5.95 at the moment they are $4.00 which is only around 3 euro each :) 

The packaging of these lip glosses is quite nice nothing exciting but the lid is sturdy and will not leak out any product.  The brush is very small and very handy especially if you have forgotten your compact mirror and need to top up ;) 

The scent of the glosses well to be honest is non existent which is great for those of you who had any type of scented lip products 

The consistency of these are actually quite nice they are thick yet not gloopy or sticky which I love but I also like to feel my glosses on my lips and know that they will last more than 5 minutes on my lips :) 

So let me go ahead and show you the shades i wore and am wearing today :) 

Copper Crush I wore on Monday which was Day 25 I picked this in particular because I was having one of those lazy days and didnt really want to go crazy with my eye makeup so I chose to go plain eye noticeable lips :) 

This surely made my lips noticeable I tell you I was actually quite surprised by the pigmentation :) 

This shade definitely lives to its name its a stunning red with copper and gold sparkles its the most pigmented out of the bunch and I love it only thing is that when it wears off the sparkle stays put which can look odd if you do not top up :) 

on day 25 I decided bright lips was out of the question I was just in the mood for a little pick me up shade so I went with 

Plain Jane well this is actually one of the popular shades even though its a more sheerer shade I think maybe it is because its simple plus matte.  This is a perfect nude brown shade and a perfect pick me up gloss for your nude lipsticks or simply perfect on its own :)  Obviously this shade will not last as long as the first shade as its alot lighter but its perfect for those days you just want a little pick me up for your lips 

and lastly on my lips today aka Day 27 

I went with a little brighter option to brighten up yet another dull drab day :) 

Studious is yet another matte gloss which in all fairness i prefer especially for everyday wear.  Even though it looks darker in the tube its not as dark swatched.  It turns out to be a lovely bright bubblegum pink shade and if you have pigmented lips you might find this a little sheer but still noticeable.  

And here are the swatches on my lips :) 

Overal If you are ever shopping on the BH Cosmetics site I do think it would be worth your while trying out at least one of these glosses.  The darker they are the more pigmented and longer lasting they are.  Top be honest they havent exactly wowed me into buying more shades as I do have better glosses but I also have worse glosses They are affordable and nice to wear on their own or over your lipstick.

#28 Days of Kisses *Day 18 Lipstick Tag

Hello my wonderful readers how are you all doing today 

Awwwww the sun is shining today and its so so great to see it.  The coldest is going slowly and its beginning to feel like the summer is coming in I love it.  My little twinnies even got out to play today which is great I love to see them getting out for fresh air.  

So today's Lips of the day of course has to be bright and cheery to copy my mood thanks to this fine day :) 

I have already posted up my picture of my FOTD with the famous lips and I have to say surprisingly I got really really great feedback so finally I can expose whats on my lips.  

The lip product i chose for todays lips is one of my all time favourite products and I mean all time.  This or should I say these lip products were actually near enough the first blog post post I reviewed Oh lordy when I look back at the blog post its a shame in a way as my photos arent what they are like now :( so if you would like me to update with better photos let me know but half of them are gone now but I plan to stock up on more shades and more of them.  

So the Lip product I am on about is ........

The NYX Mega Shine Lip Gloss 

Awwwww do not get me started on these little beauties.  They are amazing and always will be a favourite of mine.  I love absolutely everything about these glosses and I have not one bad thing to say.  Everything I said in my last blog post i still stick to today.

So the shade i chose for today is "French Kiss" and let me tell you if you havent tried these before and want to try a shade or too prepare to be overwhelmed because there is about 60 shades to choose from :) :) exciting eh?

The price range varies on these depending on where you get them :) 

They cost $5.50 from the American website

So back to "French Kiss" this shade is stunning a perfect Spring/Summer shade.  This is a stunning medium pinky shade with a frosty finish.  Normally I dont like frosty lip product but I love how this looks on my lips as it works with my skin tone and I just love it.  

 So so pretty 
So in all to cut a long story short 
If you are looking for a lipgloss with unbelievable pigmentation
Thats none sticky or gloopy 
Thick enough to stay on your lips for more than 2 to 3 hours
jazzes up lipsticks amazingly 
Has an amazing sweet but not overpowering sweet scent 
NYX Megashine Lip Glosses are the one to go for :)

MUA Intense Kisses High Intensity Gloss Review

Hey there Beautiful's How are you all doing today?
Im sitting here with twins screaming in one ear and peppa pig blaring from the telly in the other lol and I just had to switch off completely to keep at least a little bit of sanity as you do when you have kiddies :) and what better way than doing something else I love apart from been a mum :) Blogging :) 
Well as you can see this blog post is about yet another New Release from MUA (Make Up Academy) Their New Intense Kisses High Intensity Glosses :) 
I was actually quite excited to get these as I first seen these on the MUA Blog and the swatches looked amazing so I opted for 3 glosses I would mostly wear especially for Spring and Summer. 
The reason I only ordered 3 was that I thought they looked very like the e.l.f Glossy Glosses in which I have all shades of and to be honest I thought that would be enough.  In my eyes they looked almost identical so I was looking forward to comparing in a way.  

Let me begin with the packaging :) 
Look how cute it looks What attracted me the most was the cute glittery lips on the lid each glossy has different coloured lips this is sooooo girly I love it.  
There are 8 shades to choose from some which is nice as you are surely to find a shade that suits you.  Each lip gloss costs £2 each for 5.1 mls of product which is even more amazing talk about value for money.  They are £1.50 cheaper than the e.l.f Glossy Glosses and there is not much in the different in content.   They also come with a doe foot applicator which i personally prefer to be honest as its easier to apply the gloss even without a mirror 

The texture of the gloss is beautiful.  They are neither gloopy or sticky so there is no fear of your hair getting stuck to your lips on a windy day :)  They are in a way thick enough to stay a while on your lips and they feel smooth and creamy on the lips.  They have a slight scent of vanilla which is also nice.  The pigmentation from these was very surprising to me to be honest.  Each one of them is a pigmented as the other.  They are so so easy to apply that you could do it with your eyes closed.  They look amazing on their own or over a lipstick of similar colour.  They are great for jazzing up your favourite lipsticks.  Let me show you the shades I got and swatches of them 

Lips Are Sealed 
Awwwww this is a stunning stunning Light pink shade a little on the blue toned side.  There is no shimmer what so ever in this and looks stunning for everyday wear :) . 

 This shade will be a perfect shade for the Summer for sure :) 

The next shade is actually my favourite since I got these.  I have bee wearing it alot actually almost everyday since and its also part of my little handbag collection :) 

Sealed with a Kiss 
This is a fantastic pinky nude shade and oh so perfect dramatic eye makeup looks.  Perfect for over your favourite Nude lipstick and just perfect for everyday wear I love this shade I have to admit and it really helps to brighten up your face :) I highly recommend this shade for everyone you will love it :) 

And Lastly 

Kiss and Makeup 
This is the most pigmented out of the 3 I own.  This is sort of like a cherry brown shade Its actually quite pretty on the lips and Looks lovely over The Revlon Lip Butter in "Fig" I wore it yesterday and got a couple of compliments :)

So overall I love these glosses.  They are amazing value for money.  They last about 2-4 hours on the lips before they need to be reapplied.  Depending on the pigmentation of the Gloss.  They make your lips look lusciously kissable I love it :)
