Ziaja Natural Olive Skincare Review

Hello My beauties :)  I apologise for been so quiet lately life has been chaotic lately since the kiddies started school and the twins been the last babies have started school too I have been taking advantage of my time to finally do what i have been dreaming of doing and that is doing up my home :)  You know how it is when you have small kiddies your home is a wrecking ground and of course you have to let kids be kids.  As they are growing up and know a little more responsibility I can finally lay down some rules and make my home into a nice warm cosy home with lots of pictures all over :)
I also have started freelancing a little which took some time for me to build the confidence to do so and I am loving it :)  Its an amazing feeling doing someones makeup and they walking out the door smiling and confident :) :)
So this my little catch up chat for you all :) :)

Now down to my review :)
Ziaja is a brand I have never tried before, I have heard alot of good things about their products in the past year but never got round to trying them out until the last meetup I was at I got these items in a goody bag.  I got down to trying them out straight away and since them I havent stopped :)

Ziaja Skincare is orginaly from Poland.  This company works hard to give us the best quality products from a low cost price and with the best ingredients for our skin.  I do not know about you but to me that is pretty darn amazing :)  I myself have always wanted the best for my skin and been that little bit older like the thoughts of natural !!! anything natural is good for you.  I do see the benefits on my own skin when I do go natural and thats what I find important.  Sometimes or more alot of times natural skincare products can be costly and been a mum of 5 I cant possible hand over alot of money for skincare products.  Thank fully there are very few brands out there who take that into consideration.  Ziaja is one of those brands :) :)
So let me show you the products that I have tried and let you know what I think :)

Ziaja Natural Olive Micellar Water:  Retailing at €4.49 for 200mls
I was super excited to try this out as I have to admit since Micellar Water came out in the market I have never stopped using it.  So far I have tried about 3 different brands of Micellar Water and there is one I have to admit is a favourite of mine as im sure you all know what it is :) :) For those of you who do not know its the Garnier Micellar Water not only is it brilliant but its also 400mls and only costs under €6
I am sure you are thinking there isnt much difference in Micellar water from any brand that they all do the same thing and maybe you are right but between the 3 different brands I have Ziaja has got an advantage why?  It contains Vitamin A and Vitamin E which is hugely beneficial for your skin.
Vitamin A is the best wrinkle fighter (as we all are delighted to know)
Vitamin B helps the skin retain its natural moisture
Olive oil is very rich in vitamins, minerals and natural fatty acids. It’s also convenient for a sensitive skin. Olive oil also nourishes, rejuvenates and protects the skin.
Most Beauticians will infact tell you that olive oil is one of best ways to remove makeup even waterproof so you can imagine how well this worked on my face.  It did infact remove my makeup brilliant and without leaving my skin feeling parched.
My skin feels smooth, soft, clean and refreshed everytime I use it. Anyone with very sensitive skin will surely love this beauty and I surely give it a thumbs up :) :) I think this in fact would be my new favourite Miscellar Water.

Ziala Natural Olive Face Cream:  Retailing at €4.79 for 50mls.
The packaging on this is actually very old fashioned in my eyes :)  It looks like something I would have seen on my nannies dresser table about 20 years ago.  Its very simple and plain and nothing exciting but to be honest but its not really important what the packaging looks like as long as the product itself works well isnt that right?

Well too my surprise while untwisting the top I see a very well sealed up cream.  I mean thick tin foil seal on the top which impressed me alot as you can reseal your cream up straight after use.  Very Hygenic.  Another thing that impressed me was the cream was filled to the very very top of this tub unlike some tubs of cream which are only 3/4 filled or even 1/2 filled this tub is going to last a long long time :)

This cream smell absolutely amazing, its not the type of scent that is overly strong but surely smells fresh clean and beautiful.  If I was to pin point what exact does it smell like I would have to say the mild version of baby lotion.  Some people state it smells like olives but I cant confirm as I dont know what olives smell like.  The consistency of the cream seems thick to begin with but once applied to the skin melts to a thin consistency, keep in mind that you only need a small amount of this cream to apply to the face and neck.  I over done it the first time and to be honest the cream literally looked oily on my face I had that much of a shine you could nearly see your reflection off my face.  Next time i used it I literally used a pea sized amount and it immediately soak into my skin leaving be with a lovely health glow.

Here is an example of what I mean by using too much this is the result of what it will look like on your face :)

At the moment I have normal to combination skin so I use this very sparingly but will need it in the winter where my skin gets very dry.  So if you do have dry skin this little beauty is surely the answer to your prayers as it does hydrate you skin brilliantly :) :)  I tend to use this more at night at the moment for extra moisture and by morning my face looks fresh clean and ready for the day ahead :)  I love it

Ziaja Natural Olive Anti-Wrinkle Cream:  Retailing at €5.99 for 50mls
No Point in beating about the bush when I say I am more into looking after my skin than I did 10 years ago.  If I had a chance to turn back time when I was in my early 20's I would have told myself to start using anti wrinkle cream because I do believe once you hit the 20's your skin changes.  but better late than never eh?  This anti-wrinkle cream is aimed for anyone in their 30 + but of course you can use this whenever you wish even in your mid 20's.  Again the packaging is is the same only this time comes with a different colour lid.  The day cream comes with a green lid this one comes with a white lid so its easy to tell which cream to reach for.

The consistency of this cream is the only thing thats different to the day cream obviously because it has different ingredients in it.

The day creams main ingredient is Olive Oil where as there is 3 main ingredients in this Anti- Wrinkle cream
Olive oil, Canola Oil & Coenzyme Q10.
Canola Oil is rich in Vitamin E which is beneficial for you skin as it reduces the appearance of fine lines, its also a natural antoxident which helps protects the skin against the damaging effects of free radicals.  It also reduces the appearance of blemishes and acne scarring :)
Coenzyme Q10 :  As we are getting older so is our skin.  Our skins ability to fight off harmful chemicals such as pollution, sun exposure etc automatically reduces as we hit 30 + .  Been young we already have CoQ10 in our bodies to fight off what harms our skin but the old we get the more our natural CoQ10 defences reduces.  Ziaja have thought of this and has added it into their Anti-wrinkle cream :)
I dont know about you but thats good enough for me to believe we are only doing our skin justice by applying this everyday :)  Aswell as that this cream feels amazing on the skin and leaves you with a beautiful natural looking glow.  My skin feels smooth soft and refreshed.  I love it and use it every single day since I got it

Overall these products feel amazing and make my skin feel soft and refreshed and moisturised.  The fact that there is nothing but natural ingredients in them makes me feel great that I am not causing any extra damage to my face.  Whats more is that these are super affordable :) :)
I cant wait to try more products from this range :) :)  If you are interested in this range here is a link to their website :) :)

Until next time

The New Nivea Sensitive Face Care Line Review :)

Hello my beauties I hope you are all well :)
Todays review is on some new skin care I have been using for the past month :)
Its the new Nivea Sensitive Face Care Line.  You may already know that I am a long time fan of Nivea and no matter how many times I try out new face products I always seem to go back to Nivea when I am done with other face products.
I have never ever found fault with Nivea and to be honest even with the fact that Nivea is around a long time and is very popular they still made their products very afforable and perfect for any skin type :)
Over about 2 months ago I was walking along Tesco's Supermarket beauty aisle when I seen these on a seperate stand on a special introductory price so of course I grabbed all three and was super excited to try them out straight away.
So Starting with

Even though I love Nivea I found it hard to veer away from my favourite Garnier Micellar Water but I did to give this a tester and see does it do the same or near enough the same as the Popular Garnier one.

Nivea claims:
It helps protect against the 3 main signs of sensitive skin when used together with a NIVEA Sensitive care product:

1. Redness
2. Tightness
3. Dryness
The caring formula with Dexpanthenol & Grape Seed Oil:

Cleanses deeply thanks to its extra effective yet mild cleansing complex
Moisturises and refreshes the skin
Is free of parabens, colours and perfume

You are getting 200mls for €5.49 which is have the amount of the Garnier Micellar Water which offers us 400mls for only €6.69.  To be honest I liked this very much it did do what is says on the bottle but to be honest I found I used this bottle up very quickly.  I found it didnt remove waterproof mascara as well as the Garnier Micellar Water.  I did find my skin smooth soft and did not sting which is always great especially when you have sensitive skin.  If you have super sensitive skin you will love this as there is no scent, perfume, or parabens in there to annoy your skin.  Overall I am happy to stick with the Garnier as its more value for money but I do know that if Nivea does offers on this in the future I will stock up on it too :) :)

Next up is

Nivea Claims:
The caring formula enriched with Licorice Extract - known for its anti-inflammatory properties - and precious Grape Seed Oil:
Helps calm the skin Instantly relieves the skin of feelings of tightness Provides intensive moisture and supports the skin's natural barrier of resistance against irritants The formula with SPF 15 helps protects from sun-induced premature ageing The especially mild formula is pH-neutral and free of parabens, colours and perfume
I adore this and have one in my kit too.  This is a perfect day cream for everyone and the fact it will no cause irritation makes it a blessing for anyone who has sensitive skin.  I adore the soft feeling my skin has after using this in the mornings and how soft my skin still feels throughout the day.  I skin feels moisturised all day long and whats more is it does not leave an oily feeling or oily residue.  What more could we ask for :)  Another plus is it comes in a squeezy tube which is perfect because previous Nivea creams came in pots which I didnt really enjoy I find the tube is alot more hygienic :)  This cream costs €5.99 from boots and at the moment boots are doing an offer on these get 2 for €6.50 ;)  I highly recommend this day cream especially if you wear makeup and dont like oily moisturisers seeming through or you suffer with sensitive skin of course :)

  • Helps calm the skin at night
  • Instantly relieves the skin of unpleasant feelings of tightness
  • Provides intensive moisture and helps strengthen the skin barrier
  • Supports the skin's regeneration process at night and provides a relaxed skin feeling in the morning
  • The especially mild formula is pH-neutral and free of parabens, colours and perfume

Again another squeezable tube which I love :) :) And again a great cream for night time.  I did find this cream a little thicker than the day cream which is to be expected as it is giving us the extra moisture after washing cleansing and toning our skin and also we lose alot of moisture while we sleep doing to our body temperature rising
I feel satisfied with this cream because when I wake up every morning my skin feels smooth moisturised and soft just like it did when I first applied the cream on my face :)  Again this cream costs €5.99 so if you are interested in trying this out for yourself make sure to avail of the current offer in boots :)
Again Nivea has not let me down :) I love it :)
Have you tried their new range yet ?
Until Next time

My Empties #1

Hey my beauties how are you all doing today :)
This is going to be my first ever empties post :)  I have been gathering for a couple of months now and my gathering bag is getting a little full lol
I do not know about you but I absolutely love watch videos on everyones empties and of course reading blog posts on empties too I think the reason is you know the person has used the product up completely and can give an in depth review on it weither they like it or not you know they have put it to the REAL test.
So I thought I would join in on this and start posting my empties from now on some you might see in more than one post and become my favourites and some might not be a favourite and I might not ever purchase again :)  If you want to see this on a regular basis let me know :)
So let me go ahead and show you all :)   Now I have decided to break this down because If I include all of these in one blog post you will end up falling asleep lol So this blog post will be On the beauty products for the face and face and hair products I have used up.

Garnier Simply Essentials 2 in 1 makeup-remover:  This is a favourite of mine for sure and for a long time.  Its so so affordable in fact it only sets me back about 3 to 4 euro.  This contains 2 layers the top layer (blue) is the eye makeup remover the bottom layer is suppose to be for the face.  It contains no perfume or alcohol.  The reason I love this so much is that its absolutely amazing to take of my eye makeup literally one swipe and bam gone.  I find If i use the blue layer before shaking it for the rest of my face the blue layer is more effective for the most stubborn waterproof mascaras and liners.  The only fault........ its feels quite oily and I dont particularly like oily products on my face.  The fact it does such a great job, its affordable and its brilliant even for anyone with sensitive skin I can tolerate a little oiliness.
Garnier Simply Essentials soothing eye makeup remover:   This is basically for anyone who has very sensitive eyes and needs a soothing eye makeup remover thats not going to sting the life out of them or take no effort removing makeup.  This is liquid based which mean no oil and to be honest its not as good as the 1st one I spoke about.  Its fine for anyone who doesnt wear alot of makeup around the eyes but not for the heaviest of makeup.  This cost me about 2.30 euro and to be honest I probably will buy it again but not in a hurry .
Garnier Fresh Essentials Grape Water eye makeup remover:   To be honest this is the worst out of the 3 I found it not doing what it claims and that is removing waterproof eye makeup,  this takes quite a few rubs of the cotton pad to remove and i hate that because the eye area is so delicate I will not be purchasing again
Nivea Double Effect Eye Makeup Remover:   I love Nivea full stop as some of you who have been with me a while will know.  I love their moisturisers I love there body washes I love everything so I thought I will in no doubt love this :) .  Again this is so so affordable so affordable it costs less than 3 euro.  It has the same idea as the 1st Garnier remover comes in two layers.  Again this is oily in fact more oily than the Garnier one yes it does remove the eye makeup even waterproof but not as good and to be honest I found my eyes stung a little while using it its a no no from me :(
The Famous Lynx Attract for Her Spray
I absolutely LOVE this spray its been a favourite of mine for the past I dont know how long basically since it was released last year :)
There is not one bad thing about this spray its smells amazing even my 3 year old girl says "lemme smell mammy"  I have got so many compliments wearing this.  Fruity, floral and woody fragrance. A vibrant colourful mixture of succulent fruit creates an enticing fusion while floral notes leave a feminine accord.  A vibrant colourful mixture of succulent fruit creates an enticing fusion while floral notes leave a feminine accord. Bottom notes of wood, musk and vanilla give the fragrance a sheer creaminess. As described and I say AMEN to that LOVE IT!!!!!!!!
Garnier pure Anti-blackhead deep pore wash:  I ran out of my usual daily face wash (which i will review soon I have it on my list for ages and ages but somehow always by pass I think I just take too much for granted I think but I love it so much)  There was none of my usual on the shelf so I decided to go for this as it was on sale for around 2 euro.  It comes in a gel like for with teeny tiny beads in each squirt to gentle ex-foliate your face.  To be honest I found this to do nothing for me yes my skin felt smooth and soft but I didnt notice much of a change or difference for me to go and repurchase.  I still prefer my usual daily face wash
Nivea Pure & Natural Cleansing Toner:  I love this 100% no doubt in my mind.  I actually love all of Nivea's Pure & Natural range.  With 95% of the ingredients of natural origin.   Free from Parabens, Silicones, Colourants and Mineral Oils.  This is a brilliant toner for under 3 euro.  There is no strong smell of alcohol off it like you get from some toners and I find my skin doesnt feel tight after using it plus it works great.  LOVE IT!!!!!
Primark 4 in 1 deep facial cleansing wipes:  NO NO NO I hate them I dont suffer with sensitive skin as such but by heck these stung the hell out of me my face felt like i scrubbed with with a brillo pad.  Even my daughter handed them back to me saying they stung her so much.  I will be sticking with my long time favourites I think
Monu Revitalising moisturiser:  I got this in one of my glossy boxes and to be honest I thought "awwww yet another moisturiser to throw into a box" but girlies let me tell you I LOVE THIS.  In fact I love it so much I squeezed the bejeebies out of it and was so sad to see that i could not get anymore out.  This left my skin so so hydrated, soaked into my skin as soon as it hit it but made my skin look so fresh and dewy,  The scent is not strong but you do get the smell of cucumbers off it love it.  It sort of has a cooling effect when you first apply it which is great if you have just ex-foliated and feel kinda flushed :)  Its such a pity its expensive this will set you back £17 or there abouts for 50mls hmmmmm I would consider it but so feel there might be bigger and better for that price :)  But if there was an offer going on this I will be barging through everyone to stock up lol
Loreal Elvive Triple Resist Reinforcing Shampoo:  Since I started using this shampoo which must be about 6 months ago now I have noticed a complete difference in my hair and even my hairdresser asked me what am i using that my hair has got so much better from been dry dull and lifeless.  I simply told him I changed my Shampoo and conditioner and also bought the treatment of this aswell.  I love this and still to this day using it.  The scent is amazing.  If you are thinking of buying this I highly recommend you get the treatment with it :) :) This shampoo was on offer for 3.75 euro super affordable :)
V05 Volume Boost Gel Spray:  This is my HG for sure.  I remember about a year ago I made a video about the fact that my hair has lost its life.  After having the twins I lost handful of hair for 6 months solid and the one thing I missed most in the world was my natural curls.  I found even moose wasnt doing anything it was just giving me a wave.  Even when I used curling thongs the curls would eventually fall almost flat.  That was until I came across this little beauty :)   This stuff is absolute amazing and holds my curl all day long I cant live without it.  I basically wash my hair towel dry it, flip my head down spritz some into my hair scrunch it up then flick back my hair spritz a little more scrunch it up and your ready to go no hair dryer nothing and bam curly natural hair love it :) It does feel a little stiff but if you scrunch your hair it looks natural and bouncy and the next day you still have a nice wavy soft look in fact your hair feels as smooth and soft as if you used nothing in it :) This gives the most amazing volume ever im in love  Top marks to this beauty for sure :)
Batiste Diva Dry Shampoo:  Ok I have to admit this is the very first dry shampoo ever in my life that I have tried.  Yes I know shock Horror Gasp!!!!! But true :)  The is no real point in me going on telling you about the product is there im sure all of you or at least most of you know what the whole idea of the dry shampoo is all about.  I love this product I find it brilliant that you get an extra day plus plenty of volume in this little tin.  I have been on the look out for the brunette one which is suppose to be even better for all of us dark haired people but havent yet got my hands on it.  Love this :)
Garnier Intensive 7 Days Hand Cream
This is my HG hand moisturiser!!!!!  If you are like me a busy mum who uses different household products, has hands in water more than out of it and suffers with dermatitis most of the year due to not drying your hands properly because of rushing and racing around this is the cream from you.  To be honest I neglected my hands for the past few weeks by not moisturising them and doing ordinary everyday jobs around the house.  Plus my skin did not agree with a washing powder I was trying out and I was covered in a rash and extremely dry skin.  My hands got that bad i was scratching them so hard when i was sleeping they bled.  I had enough and ran to my Garnier hand cream this is day 4 of applying when ever I get the chance and my hands look 10 years younger I love it The scent is gorgeous and it leaves no oiliness soaks right in :) Plus it cost less than 5 euro BARGAIN BEAUTY!!!!!
Nivea Visage Q10 Plus Anti-Wrinkle Day Cream:  YES ANTI-WRINKLE!!!!! Its never too early to start and I am not getting any younger :) :)
I decided to try this out one day as it was on a great offer and my usual day cream was not available at the time so what better chance to try this out than when it is on a great offer.  I usually use the Nivea Pure & Natural which is amazing so going for something with SPF 15 is even better right ?
Well I have to admit I really enjoyed using this cream.  The scent is a little stronger than the one I normally use but bearable.  It sort of smells like strong baby powder.  A little goes a long way and my skin feels moisturised all day.  As in it working on wrinkle well sure I couldnt really tell you anything about that as im in my prime I dont have wrinkles I have laughing lines hahaha ok in all honesty I wouldnt say it works miracles on wrinkles but the fact it has spf15 in it will surely help prevent your face from sun damage etc that causes wrinkles ;)
I would surely buy this again because of that reason.
Ok I think I will leave it there :) :) If you haven't fallen asleep already :) Let me know what you think of this blog post would you like to see this on a regular basis.  My next blog post will be on Makeup products I have finished.
Is there any of these products you like and use?
Until next time
