MUA New Matte Palette

Hello Everybody How are you all doing today :)
Well my Sunday so far is a Lazy one (well kind of)  I haven't left the house and I am still in my PJ's at 3.16pm ah well its cold and windy and I just shaved my legs so I don't fancy the windy travelling up my trouser legs lol :) :)
Any ways back to my review :) ;)
Today I have yet another brand new palette to show you by MUA :)  If you missed out on my latest review on the MUA Smokin Palette which is also new You can check it out here and sin the review you will see that I LOVE THAT PALETTE.  Has this palette impressed me as much??? Well read on to find out more.

I am not going to go into the whole package thing as you can all see MUA stick to the same packaging for every palette.  What MUA has done this time is listened to their fans by creating their first ever Matte eye shadow palette.  It is lovely to get palettes that are a mix of shimmery and matte shades but finding a full matte eye shadow palette is every hard to find.  That's why i think I love my Lorac Pro palette so so much.  On the Lorac Palette you have one row which is nothing but matte shades and another row with shimmery ones and I find that brilliant and so so handy.
It is also so hard to find matte shades that are easy to work with, easy to blend and of course pigmented especially from a drug store brand.
Well let me tell you now ladies Look no further because MUA has created another brilliant palette here for only £4/€4.73 YES for a total of 10 eye shadows you are paying peanuts for this palette :)

Another thing they have nailed in the right spot is that they have made this palette for everybody.  As its full of neutral shades both warm and cool this palette is the perfect day time and night time smokey eye palette :)  And of course after me buying this like before the wonderful Cherry Sue found that this palette is a perfect dupe to a high end palette The Urban Decay Naked Basics Check it out :) :)   She has shown that not only are you getting all 6 shades of the UD Naked Basics but you are also getting 4 more shades on top of that for a 1/3 of the price
Liking the sound of that aren't we ladies :) :)  So let me show you the shades :) :)

I Love that all of the eye-shadows have a name on them and a very good name too might I add :)
Unwrap:  This is a gone off white its not entirely white but its in-between white and cream a perfect shade for a base or to brighten up the inner corner or even as a brow-bone shade that doesn't look obvious but still brightens at the same time
Butter:  This is certainly the perfect name for this shade.  This shade is a yellowy cream shade and some of you may think hmmmmm this is different but in fact if you are a suffer of dark lids this shade is the perfect shade for you as its instantly camouflages the darkness making you lids look more bright and cheerful.
Bare:  A nude shade perfect for blending, wearing on its own or as a base colour.  Its not so much great for brightening up the inner corners but We already have a shade for that right :)
Taffeta:  This shade in particular looks exactly like Bare when you see it in the pan and actually swatching it you would think they were very similar , but this shade is more on the peach side and another perfect base colour and also good for blending
Fade:  Awww i love the name again well suited for the shade.  This is a light brown shade perfect for blending out the harsh lines making the "Fade" away and this is also a perfect brow shade for the blonde ladies out there :)
Penny:  This shade is more for the crease for definition without making it look obvious if you were having those "Non Makeup Days"  Its the perfect Medium brown and also a great colour for brows.
Chino:  A Perfect taupe shade for blending out harsh lines for the crease for a little touch of definition.  You simply cant go wrong with this shade as it will be used alot :)
Truffle:  Awwww one of my favourite shades :)  A Deep chocolate Brown with a slight mauvey undertone to it.  Perfect for the crease or outer V just beautiful for creating that night time (or daytime) smokey look
Fog:  A Bluey Grey shade perfect for giving you look a pop of colour i love it
Smoke:  A Simple jet black shade simply beautiful and again shockingly good :)

And here is the shade taken with the flash of the camera plus can i add all these swatches a made with no primer or no base underneath

I am stunned with how smooth and soft these shadows are.  They are amazingly pigmented for a drugstore brand and what's better is that they take very little effort to blend out especially the darker shades.  I did find you will have some fallout with them but nothing major.  With a good primer These shadows are going to stay put all day long until you take them off.  The black shade is also great to use as a liner wet or dry in the picture below I created a simple light daytime smokey eye using the shades
"unwrap" on the inner corner and browbone,
"Taffeta" all over the lidup to a little over the crease,
"Fade" for blending
"Truffle" for the crease and outer corner
"Smoke" a little on the outer V and as a liner (wet)

I 100% recommend this palette to you all.  If you are not a matte eye-shadow person keep in mind that this palette is still brilliant to used for the likes of blending, doing a makeup look on someone with hooded eyes even doing your mums or grandmums eyes as matte shadows complimented a woman of age more than shimmery ones :)
Another thumbs up to MUA for creating yet another amazing palette well done :)
Have you tried this palette yet?  What are your thoughts on it
Until next time
Lots of Love Luck and Laughter

I love love love hearing from you all :) I make it my duty to read each and every one of you comments and every time i get a comment from you it highlights my day thanks so so much to you all xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

MUA Smokin Palette

Hellooo My Beauties How are you all today :)
I am super dee Dooper Now that I have another product rave for you :)  Ok Ok I may be spoiling the review already by telling you this but I am too excited :) :)
MUA is one of my most favourite affordable brands and as you know I have quite a few products reviewed from this brand but the moment something new comes in I just have to try it out.  Well MUA announce a little under 2 weeks ago that they just released 2 brand new palettes one was this one which is the Smokin Palette and the 2nd is the The Matte Ever After Palette which I too bought and will review soon :) :)
They also released a few more items which of course I just had to try out :)
Today I am sharing with you the Smokin Palette as this is the first one I had to try out first the Jewel toned shades were just calling out to me to try :)

Ok The packaging is basically the same as all the rest of the MUA palette black plastic with clear lid to see the shades :) :)
Inside you are getting 10 eyeshadows and 1 eye pencil all for as little as £6/€7.11.  What I Love about this palette is each shade has a name
You can purchase this straight from the MUA Store

As I mentioned above there are the total of 10 eyeshadows and I love how big they are in this palette for the price you are getting 10 generous sized eyeshadow which are going to last a long time.  Starting with the top left size you are getting :
  • Glory:  Which is a perfect cream nude shade and the best thing about it is that its matte.  This is perfect for blending out harsh lines, as a base and as a matte highlight This shade is super pigmented for a nude shade I love it
  • Bourdoir:  This is another perfect nude shade and again matte.  Its a nice peachy creamy shade and almost none existant on the skin a perfect shade for blending out harsh lines and to use as a sheer highlight
  • Ghost:  oh I am in love with this shade really I am.  The shade is a beautiful jewelled toned taupey shade.  I have already worn this on the lid and it looks amazing and catches the eye easily.  The pigmentation from this shadow is amazing more than amazing its shocking a little goes a long long way :) :)
  • Fantasy:  This is another Matte shade for us all A deep brown.  I do detect a slight mauvey undertone to this shadow which is quite a surprise as it looks like a simple chocolate brown in the pan.  This is super pigmented and very very easy to blend.  A perfect crease and outer corner shade
  • Mythical:  This is described as a Black Charcoal on the site to me its a very very good Jet Black shade and whats great about it is that its matte.  I was especially worried about this one as noramlly matte black from an affordable brand is hard to work with.  This shade take very little effort to work with.  What I love about this is using it with a damp liner brush and using it as a liner WOW the pigmentation is unbelievable and easily mistaken as an actually liner
  • Broken:  Oh here is another favourite of mine I love love love it and its a perfect shade for Autumn.  A Beautiful metallic brown is what you are getting out of this shade, there is also a slight burgundy undertone to it LOVE IT
  • Icon:  Oh another favourite of mine .  A deep metallic purple.  Purple are my favourites what can I say but this shade is out of its world.  Its pigmented easy to blend and amazing :) :)
  • Unleash:  Oh wow if you are a fan of blues this is a shade and a half for you.  This is a stunning metallicy ink blue so bright and fabulous and amazingly pigmented
  • Choas:  Yet another amazingly pigmented and fabulous shade a deep emerald that will be perfect to used on the lid and as a liner.  Love it
  • Wicked:  A Deep metallic Grey again very pigmented very easy to blend and oh so gorgeous for a night out :)
Unfortunately I didnt get a swatch of the eyeliner itself as I broke the nib of it the day I was taking the pictures but its literally a simple black kohl pencil.  Its very very creamy and perfect for using as a base for any of the shades especially applying either Icon Unleashed or Choas over it wow the shades are amazing :) :)
And here is the swatches :) both in Sunlight (1st picture" and in normal light  CLICK ON THE PHOTOS FOR A CLOSER LOOK :) :)

I have no primer or base under these swatches just to show you how amazing pigmented each shade is :)
Over all I am totally amazed by this palette.  I absolutely love the shades and I think anyone who loves smokey eye looks will love it too.  I am telling you now if you haven't already bought or ordered this I high advise you do because you will love it :)  Another 10/10 mark for MUA :) :)  What more is after I had bought this palette I stumbled apon a blog post by one of my favourite Irish bloggers Cherry Sue comparing This brilliant palette to Urban Decay's Smoked Palette and wow each eye-shadow is the exact dupe of UD's Smoked Palette EXACT Check it out yourself :) Bet I have raised an eyebrow or two now eh ?? lol

Here is a look i created playing with the shadows for just an everyday look in the photo I used the shades :  Glory, bourdoir for blending and highlighting,   I used Ghost all over the lid,  I used Broken on the outer 1/3 of the lid and blended inwards,  I used Fantasy in the crease for definition and used a little of Mythical on the outer V I loved the finish and of course wore this look for 3 days solid :)
The camera washed out some of the shades but you can get an idea of what it looks like and how pigmented these shadows are.  With Urban Decay primer potion underneath there was no budging these shadows all day not a smudge love it :)

Well thats it everyone thats my rave over with well on this blog post anyway lol :)  Have you tried this Palette yet?
Until Next Time
Lots of Love Luck and Laughter

Catrice Intensif'eye Wet & Dry Shadow

Hello My beauties how are you all today :) :) Gosh since the kiddies went back to school I thought I would have more time on my hands but in fact I dont Its crazy from 6.30 am I am rushing and racing around until 9 am getting kids ready for school by the time I get home and clean up and do my bits its time to pick the twinnies up from playschool cook dinner and do homework with the older ones the day disappears before I know it, but hey once we get a routine going it will be fine :) :)
So today I have a Catrice Review for you all.  You may remember me showing you eyeshadows like this before if not Let me refresh your memory :) Click here to see one of my limited edition posts where I bought 4 of these eyeshadows in different shades.  In fact these eyeshadows were in fact supposed to be Limited Edition when they were first released in March 2012 but I think they just decided to keep them as a permanent range after that :) :)
Happy Days :) because these eyeshadows are definately worth been put on the permanent range for sure :) :)
I have every one of the shades now to my delight :)  There are now 6 shades to choose from and you will see the other 4 shades in my previous review in the link above :)

I love the packaging on these eyeshadows.  The packaging is clear so you can see the eyeshadows very clearly.  What i like is the writing is done in hologram which make it look more appealing and less cheapish.  Plus the lid is secure and not loose like you can get from some affordable brands :)

I got 2 more shades which completes my collection until they (i hope) bring in more :)

Ninja Purples:  This is is Stunning and if you love your purples you will love this.   Ninja Purples is a stunning purple with lines of pink and black shades going through it :)   This shade of course is shimmer when swatched dry but looks amazing.  It also looks satin when swatched wet.  I cant believe how pigmented this shade is and is very ideal for that dark smokey eye look :) There is plenty of ways you can wear this shadow.  Either on its own over a primer of course, Wet or even over a black base and I also like to you this as a liner too :)

Glamourose:  This shade is also stunning its a beautiful creamy shade with lines of pink going through it.  Again this is another shimmer shadow and again very pigmented.  When swatched this shade is a fabulous baby pink that works great for a lid colour or even on the inner corners for instant brightness.  I do find that applying this shadow wet shows its true potential but you can also use this dry on an everyday day to make yourself look more awake :)

I found these shadows so easy to apply and easy to blend.  They feel like silk against the skin as all baked shadows do and a little goes a long long way.  For less than €5 each they are well worth having in your collection :) :)
Have you tried these yet ?
Until Next time
Lots of Love Luck and Laughter

Rimmel Scandaleyes Retro Glam Mascara

Well Hellllloooooo Everyone How are you all today?  Wow the weather is vigorously change its crazy how cold its got in recent day and to be honest its looking like we are going to have a hard cold winter :(
We may start getting the winter woolies out and of course start shopping for new ones ;) Any excuse to go shopping eh ladies :)
Ok so today I bring you yet another Rimmel review as you have probably seen from my last review I reviewed the latest Rimmel Scandaleyes Thick & Thin Eyeliner that was only released in recent months.   Well I just had to pick up their newest Mascara which was released at the same time.
I was hoping I would get a better outcome from this than what i got from the eye-liner to be honest so if you want to find out if I did or didn't read on :) :)
Rimmel London Scandal Eyes Retro Glam Mascara - The 60s are back full swing with a thicker, fuller, wide-eyed look! A wide-eyed false lash look, fanned out volume with NO clumps!
Rimmel Scandaleyes Retro Glam Mascara is available at superdrug Boots or any pharmacy who sell Rimmel.  I actually found this mascara to be a very reasonable and affordable price at €8.65 each for 12mls.

If you are a fan of the 60s retro makeup looks you will be just as curious as me to see if this gives you the full voluptuous lashes they had in the 60s.  I couldnt wait to try it out.  The Packaging is true retro style with its black and white design love it :)
You may notice the want is an hour glass shape which is suppose to help achieve fuller longer lashes.  Some people fear of the giant brush even I do sometimes especially when i have created a look on my eyes that I do not want ruined lol.  I do find this brush a little big but it fits perfectly for my lashes and I can instantly see and feel each and every lash been grabbed my the brush.

On the first application I could instantly see how black the mascara is it actually amazed me to be honest as its not often you get instant jet black lashes on the first coat.  I tried this without curling my lashes which is something I never do as I have stubborn straight lashes.  I noticed an instant curl also on the first coat.  I was very very impressed :)
Ok i am going to show you a photo with me wearing not makeup ok so dont get a fright and it will also explain why im not smiling hahaha  but I have applied one coat of this mascara on to show you the instant curl and blackness you will get

The formula on this mascara is very impressive i have to say normally when you first apply an mascara it can be nearly too wet and take some time to dry but with this one yes it is moist but not as much.  I did also find I made a little mess as you see in the photo and that can be hard for first timers but simply use a card of any sort place it on your lid and whip on the mascara mess free thats what I tend to do when I have a full look going on :)
I found 2 coats to be more than enough to create amazing looking lashes and I am happy to report no clumping, no flaking and no smudging :) :)  I have even been caught out in pouring rain as it is typical in Ireland lol and I found no smearing or panda eyes as a result.  :) Happy Days :)
Here is a look I done recently using the mascara and as you can see it shows amazing results

So overall as you can tell at this stage I really like this mascara and it gets a Nina's Thumbs up Well done Rimmel :) :
Have you tried this mascara yet?
What's your thoughts on it :)
Until next time

Rimmel Scandaleyes Thick & Thin Eyeliner

Hello there my beautifuls.  Firsto of all I want to start off this blog post with a very big huge gigantic Thank you to all of my readers near and far who have been a great support to my from the start and thank you to all of you who have clicked that follow button because I have reached a whopping 1001 Followers today :) :) :) yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Thank you Thank yo Thank you with all of my heart :)
Ok I am getting a little emotional here so I better crack on to my review before I end up with a wet keyboard and blurred up eyes lol
Its not often I keep up to date with beauty products meaning When a product is released I like to hold off a while before I buy it to see some reviews on it first but I do now and again like to be one of the first to try a Brand new product especially when its on a new release special offer :)
Today I bring to you the Rimmel Scandaleyes Thick & Think Eyeliner.  According to Rimmel and I quote:
3D slanted felt tip liner to draw flawless thick and thin lines!
Unique 3D applicator draws thick and thin lines
Intense colour lasts up to 24 hours
Waterproof and smudge-proof

Well sure that would be a huge dream come true for us all wouldnt it :) :) well read on to find out if their promises are actually true :)

So lets start with a little about the packaging :)   I actually like the packaging very much its a simple black pen with white writing which stands out very well.  The cap of the pen it very sturdy and clicks shut so you know its well sealed.  Which is always a bonus and great reassurance that the pen will not dry out too quick.  When you take the lid off you can instantly see there is a easy grip area another bonus from Rimmel :) :) The tip is a thick and slanted tip that allows you to apply either a thick or thin line.

Ok so lets get down to the nitty gritty part and that is I had high expectations for this eyeliner I have to admit.  I love Rimmel product always have and always will as long as they keep going with their brilliant work but I have to admit I was disappointed with this product .  Why was I disappointed?
  1. Well first of all with the adverts and the picture Rimmel was showing using this eyeliner gave me the impression that this eyeliner was going to be super black retro style.  Well in fact it is not super black nothing like what it shows up on the pictures.  You have to build it up to be as black or set it with a super black eyeshadow.   I have tried all the tricks like holding it tip down for a while and everything but the shade is still the same.  Plus there was a seal on this liner so its not that people were opening it in the store to dry it out.
  2. I like a bit of firmness in the tips of my eyeliners I have to admit but this tip is beyond that.  It is almost rock hard when using it against the eye so anyone with super sensitive eyes are going to find this uncomfortable while using it.
  3. The liner comes out patchy so if you are in a super major hurry maybe reach for something else as you need time to draw you line (without patches) with this one

On a plus note though this liner would be suitable for people who are starting out with eyeliner looks as it isnt jet black and its also good for a precise and buildable line .  It is also suitable for an everyday wear eyeliner as its not the blackest of blacks.  Plus the slant of the tip helps to draw a nice perfect cat eye look.
Another good thing is that the liner as I noticed with my eyes lasted all day without smudging at all.  Not even a movement.  I do have to admit the moment I went to wash the lines off my hand the liner faded so in theory I do not think that it is waterproof but it is long lasting.
Unfortunately for me this will not be repurchased but thats not saying you may not like it :)  If you have tried this out let me know as I would love to hear how you got on with it :)   I am really hoping I just got a badden and that there is some of you out there who have one and works great so please let me know :)  You can purchase this eye liner from any pharmacy or drug-store who sell Rimmel :) :)
Until next time
Lots of Love Luck and Laughter

Inglot AMC Lip Paint #55

Hello My Beauties :)
I hope you are all well :)
Today I have an Inglot Review for you.  Inglot is I have to say a new favourite brand of mine.  The more I use products from them the more I love it and want more.  I absolutely adore their eyeshadows in which I have reviewed some of my collection already and have another on the way soon ;)  I love their blushes well the one I do have and now for the first time I have tried one of their lip paints so I wonder will I love it as much as my other loves??? Read on to find out :)
My first intentions when walking into Inglot was to grab a lipstick to try out but then their lip paints caught my eyes more.  Its been about 2 months ago since I purchased this so the price tag is a little blurry but its costs about €14 - €16 per pot and you are getting 4.5g of product :) and I got 20% off it so I couldn't resist :)
Vitamin E and Inglot’s smoothing and repairing
complex smooths, moisturizes and repairs the lips
while biomimetric peptide stimulates collagen
synthesis giving a 3D ultra shiny gloss effect.

The Lip Paints come in a little black box.  Inside you see this cute little glass pot which contains the fabulous lip paint perfect and handy and looks like you have spent a little fortune on your lip paint :)

There are 20 shades of the Lip Paints to choose from each one looking absolutely stunning and perfect for all skin tones :)  You can imagine how much time I spent going through each shade and trying to pick one out of all the shades :)  I decided to go for the #55 shade something nice for the Autumn Months and even the Winter Months :)
#55 is a beautiful Pinky/Purple shade and perfect for any skin tone :) :)

The Consistency of this lip paint is thick and creamy and very moisturising.  When applied to the lips it feels thin and lightweight.  The Fact that it is a Lip paint you would expect it to be drying but I found continuous moisture from first application to after it wears off.  The finish is medium coverage but you can build it up to full coverage :)  The one thing I will tell you is that there is no applicator with the lip paint so you will either have to apply by your fingers which some people might not like or apply using a lip brush in which I do.   What I do love about this Lip Paint is that you are getting the shade of a lipstick and the benefits of a gloss all in one and the finish is glossy and gorgeous kissable lips.

I found the Lasting power of this lip paint surprising long.  It lasts about 4 to 5 hours on my lips depending on when im eating or drinking.  The pigmentation of this shade is very good as you see in the photo above this is only one layer using a lip brush.
There is a slight scent from the lip paint a sort of vanilla scent but its not noticeable after a while.

I have to say I have alot more good things to come back to you with on this lip paint by Inglot but to be honest I have a couple of not so good things and that is the a) the Price I think is a little too steep for what you are getting, yes the product is very good but not good enough to part with €14 b) the fact that you have to dip your finger into the product to apply to your lips either that or carry around your lip brush with you all day when you do wear it.
I would repurchase these if they were a little cheaper in price as they look and feel amazing
Have you tried these AMC Lip Paints?  What are your thoughts on them :) Check out their website to see the rest of the shades :) and to see where your nearest store is :) :)
Until next time

Sharing the Love #23: Interview with Simone from Simone Loves Makeup

Hello Everybody How are you all today :)
Today I have the Lovely Adorable Simone.  I have been following Simones blog and Youtube channel for quite some time now and she is amazing.  She does lots of different post and videos.  From reviews to OOTD to amazing affordable finds in clothing beauty cosmetics everything.  She writes articles for magazines such as Grazia, friday magazine and Ohlala Magazines.  Her Blog is full of of everything I love it.  She even writes about where she lives and has some amazing photos to show how beautiful Dubai is and most of all she is Irish :) :) She is also a busy mum :) :) phew im exhausted even thinking about how busy her life is but If I were her I would be loving it too.  :)  Here is my interview with Simone I hope you enjoy :)

1.  Hey Simone Welcome to my blog :) :) Can you tell us a little about yourself :)
I'm from Galway originally but I live in Dubai with my husband and our one year old son. I've been here for a year and before that we lived in Bahrain and Singapore. I got into makeup when I was really young and have been addicted ever since. Being able to try out different brands and being exposed to different makeup looks and trends in really diverse areas of the world has been absolutely amazing. I have some really crazy makeup in my collection!

2.  Tell us a little about your blog
I started my blog Simone Loves Makeup when we lived in Singapore and originally, it was a bit of a mish mash of everything. By the time we moved to Bahrain it was full on beauty and I was blogging almost every day about new product discoveries, monthly favourites and lots of other slap related topics. I actually emailed Jane from British Beauty Blogger around this time and she gave me lots of amazing advice (which she still continues to do!) and helped me to really get my foot into the beauty blog scene.

3.  What inspired you to start up your blog
It was an even balance of wanting to blog about living away from home and my love for makeup. I trained as a makeup artist quite a few years ago and so I would often get messages on Facebook and emails from friends asking me about different products and what sort of look they should wear to events and so on, so it just grew from there.

4.  What is your dream job?
I'm one of those sickening people who actually works in their dream job would you believe! I work in publishing here in Dubai, I'm an Editor for a lifestyle magazine in the general consumer sector. Before that I worked for an Arab owned fashion and lifestyle magazine and I was previously on the payroll at Grazia magazine. I love my job and I love going to work every day. I meet some great people and get to do lots of cool stuff.

One of Simones Photos of Dubai
5.  Can you share with us some of your favourite blogs to read ?
Yes! I love Happily Grey by Mary Seng and Lyla Loves fashion by Zahra Lyla, they both have amazing style and Zahra lives in Dubai most of the year so I can nag her about where she bought everything! I check Viva Adonis every day as Sinead and Dee are good friends of mine and they always blog about gorgeous products. Love Taza is another favourite, a super cute family who blog about their day to day lives and Steffy's Pros and Cons is my latest obsession - she has amazing style and takes beautiful pictures.

6.  Your favorite skin care, hair care and makeup products?
Guerlain Orchidee Imperiale and Nuxe Micellar Cleansing Water with rose petals are my absolute skincare additions. I think I'm already on bottle number five of the micellar water. Chanel Le Volume De Chanel Mascara is my all time favourite, Laura Mercier Silk Crème Foundation, Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel Liner and Bourjois Rouge Edition lipsticks are in my day to day essentials drawer. I'm all about long-lasting, heat and humidity resistant products, and they do the job. For haircare, I'm a bit obsessed with having massive hair so Bumble and Bumble Surf Spray, TIGI Queen for a Day volumising spray and John Frieda volumising blow-dry lotion are always on rotation. I also use Davines Refreshing Mist Dry Shampoo, it's water based and absolutely sensational at perking up two or three day old hair and adding volume. I also use Davines Glorifying Shimmering shampoo, which is amazing.

7   If you could give one piece of advice to someone who is thinking of starting up their own blog what would it be?
To blog about whatever you want, in whatever style you want, whenever you feel like it. A blog is a really personal thing and you should enjoy doing it. From a more technical side of things, it's important to make good use of social media channels as it will get your blog out there more.

8.  Can You tell us what is in you handbag?? (hehehe I like been nosey?  Include a picture ?
There is a lot of crap in my handbag! An iPhone, Jane Iredale facial mist, makeup, keys, too many lipsticks and dettol wipes!

9.  Where else apart from your blog can we find you aka twitter facebook etc.
I have a Facebook page which I'm on quite a lot www.facebook.com/simonelovesmakeup and I am an instagram addict www.instagram.com/simonescribes

10  Any last words for us :)
Thanks for featuring me Nina, I'm so thrilled that you asked me to be part of this series as you have interviewed some amazing Irish bloggers.

Thank you so much Simone for agreeing to take part I really enjoyed reading your answers.  I hope you all enjoyed the interview and if you own a blog or channel or both and wish to take part comment below or email me at dear-nina@hotmail.co.uk I have available slots and will be awaiting your mail
Until next time
Lots of Love Luck and Laughter

Anyways today I have a Lush review for you :) :) Not often you see that on my blog lol As lush is about 40+ miles away from me I like to go cray cray when I do get there hahahaha
I have been playing away with my last haul that i got 2 months back so I thought I would start sharing with you what i got and how I got on with them
First up is the Lush Whoosh Shower Jelly :)  The reason I went for this one was becausee i have never in my life seen anything like it before plus its a multi-tasking product which I love as anyone would and another reason is that its especially designed for any busy person out there be it full time workers full time mums etc.  PERFECT for me :) :)

LoL I love that sentence Stroke our Wobbly bit over your Wobbly bits in the shower BRILLIANT !!!!
Inside this wobbly life form we’ve trapped fresh organic lemon and lime juice, freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, grapefruit essential oil, rosemary oil and geranium oil. This is a fruity citrus blaster that will propel you out of the shower and into a new space and time. by Lush
I have to admit the 2nd thing that made me purchase this tub of wonder was the scent boy oh boy from the moment you take the lid off this you are hit with this beautiful.  The Citrus freshness it absolutely amazing you just could not put this back on the shelf :)
There are 2 sizes of pots you can buy 100g tub and a 200g tub.  I decided to go with the 100g just incase I somehow did not like it.  I cant remember the exact price but I know it costs £3.50 in England which works out less than €5 here

As you can see this literally looks like jelly its wiggles like jelly and separates like jelly good enough to eat lol.
I was told you can use this in the shower on your body and on your hair.  To be honest I have not used it on my hair yet and probably will not as I am a fussy so n so when it comes to my hair and what i use on it to wash but I am sure you men out there would not mind using it as a 2 in 1 :)   After all this product is for both men and women ;)
The purpose of this jelly is to make you feel alive in the mornings if you are tired and feeling like jumping back into bed.  The refreshing scent is suppose to wake you up and get you ready for the day.  If you put this in the freezer it add even more of a wake up call in the mornings believe me :) :) plus do not be afraid to put in the freezer as it falls back into place when it defrosts.

I remember the first time I used this in the shower it was so so funny.  Me been a newbie and all I grabbed a little of this jelly about the amount in the photo above and started to wash myself with it.  With the warm water disolving it a little I found it breaking up and falling onto the shower floor I done more running around in the shower trying to grab the jelly than anything else very slippery I have to say.  I was clever the next though the evil jelly was not going to get the better of me this time wahahahahaha
I placed the same amount of the jelly onto my hand mitt and it works brilliantly that way no slipping or sliding this time :) :)

awwww ladies and gents everytime i used this Shower Jelly its like jumping into a sea of citrus sweets.  The scent is absolutely delightful and my skin feels super clean and fresh.  Using my hand mit means no loss of product whatsoever.  The hand mitt also helps the product foam up nice and good leaving me covered in citrus suds from head to toes just from one little piece.  The scent lingers from a long time afterwards too which I love.

Judging by the amount of times I have used this product so far I can safely say that the 100g pot would surely last you about a month maybe a little more depending on how much you use :)
If you are looking for the perfect wake me up shower jelly that leaves you sniffing the air with pleasure and also sniffing you arm for a reminder of the pleasurable shower you had that morning also for your skin to be squeaky clean and soft Lush Whoosh Shower Jelly is the way to go.  I can not wait to try their other scent which is Sweetie Pie :) :) Have any of you Lush fans out there tried that yet :) :)
Until Next Time
