e.l.f Studio Shimmering Palette Review

e.l.f says: The weightless and creamy shimmers instantly illuminate the eyes, lips, and face. Gives skin a healthy and natural glow. Mix and match colors to create your unique look.
To begin with i have to say since i started buying the Studio line products from e.l.f i have been super impressed with everything that i got from this line........thats why i had no problem trying anything at all from this line.....So when it came to getting this Shimmering Palette i was super excited to try it out.......This is available at eyeslipsface.com and eyeslipsface.co.uk retailing at £3.50/$3/€4 each.......i got this on one of the 50% sales which was even better........Now to be honest i was kind of thinking that this palette was going to give the same pay off as the e.l.f Shimmering Facial Whips  that you can buy from the essential line for £1.50 each but i didnt want to presume and i think curiousity got the better of me lol.........so on with the review then :)
The Packaging & Product

Well the packaging isnt much different to any of the other studio line products......You are getting a fairly sturdy black palette something like the Nars packaging only e.l.f has a little window on the front of it that allows you to see the  what the product is ....I love that......Inside the packaging you are getting a little mirror which is handy for travelling and a small applicator brush which looks like a mini concealer brush ....it too is quite handy .............

You are getting 4 different shimmery creams......They are all different shades in the package........1.  Is a Pearl white  2.  Is a Peachy toned  3.  Is a Bronze gold & 4. Is a Beautiful pink
These shades look so great in the palette.  They look beautiful, bright and shimmery.  I first thought wow this is exciting but when i swatched these on my hand they basically looked the same........like the shades didnt seem like the shades in the palette they all looked like the pearl white one.  Even though the pearl white is probably the one that stands out more
These are heavy swatches of the 4 shades with flash
in normal light
These shades are so so creamy and so easy to blend.......i use my fingers to apply as its my own product.....i use the 2nd and forth one for the tops of my cheekbones....the pearl white one for the inner corner of my eyes, my browbone and a little on my cupids bow.........you can even use these down the bridge of your nose....They give such a beautiful highlight to your face i love them........They are just so easy to work with.  A little of these goes a long long way.  Some people say that these can be used as an eyeshadow base i really dont know how as they crease so bad on the lid ( yes i did try it out lol).
The best thing about these is that even though its called shimmering palette there really isnt alot of shimmer in them when blended which is good they just gives a beautiful even glow where ever you place them.  i find these last a good 4 to 5 hours before they start fading which is quite good for the price of the product.......I even find i like this palette a little more than the Shimmery Facial Whips from the essential line even tho they kind of do the same thing its maybe because the palette is alot more handier and the consistency is a little more creamier.

In all i think this is a brilliant palette in which i will be buying on a regular basis
Thats it from me everyone
i hope this was helpful to you all thanks so much for taking your time to read my review and dont forget to follow :) :)

e.l.f Studio Complete Coverage Concealer Review

Hey everyone today i am reviewing a Concealer Palette from the Studio Line by e.l.f:  I bought this in the hope that it would cover my crazy dark circles i have been suffering for about two years now and of course cover any blemishes i was to suffer.
So i got the e.l.f Studio Complete Coverage Concealer  which cost £3.50/$3/€4 each.
As i used to use the Benefit Erase Paste in which i loved and adored but to be honest its quite expensive for me and i simply cant afford to be buying that on a regular basis so i have been in search for something that does near enough as good as job but that costs less too.  So i will go ahead and review this for you :)
e.l.f Studio Complete Coverage Concealer
This is in Light
e.l.f says:  Savvy beauty shoppers rejoice—now there is no need to buy new concealer from season to season for meeting the different needs your skin tone may have. e.l.f. introduces a sleek quad compact filled with four brilliant, customizable concealers ranging from light, medium and dark shades. A must have for anyone’s makeup kit these highly pigmented, professionally formulated concealers offer ultimate coverage to disguise a range of boo-boos and flaws including blemishes, dark circles, redness and uneven skin-tone for a flawless, makeup artist finish!

The e.l.f Studio Complete Coverage Concealer comes in 3 different shades "Light, Medium & Dark" .  I got the lightest one as i am about NC20-25 so i presumed that this one would be the best for me........
The Packaging
The Packaging is pretty much the same as all the rest of the studio line........Its a slim black palette with a little clear window to show you what your product looks like......Inside is a small slim mirror and a little concealer brush which is quite handy on travel...Like for them days that a blemishes suddenly appears and you are not at home.   The Palette is quite sturdy so no fear of it breaking in your bag.
The Product
As you can see you are getting 4 different concealers.....This is what i actually love about this you are guaranteed to find your proper shade of concealer be it one of these are the right one or mix and match until you find the right shade for you.........These concealers are quite creamy not very thick.....in some sense this would give you medium coverage whereas Benefit erase paste would give you full coverage.....But some other drugstore concealers can give you literally no coverage so thats an up for e.l.f..........
I sometimes suffer with crazy dark circles under my eyes and this sometimes wouldnt do me as this is where my benefit erase paste comes in and is perfect as its thick but somedays my dark circles are barely visable and that where this is perfect for me.
When you look at the Palette in the picture the shades look near enough the same but when swatchesd they look different as you will see:
Thick swatch on my hand
A bit blended out on my arm
As you can see they are all a little different.  The first two look very alike only the 1st one has a slight pinkish undertone whereas the 2nd has a yellow undertone.  The 3rd one has a slight pinkish undertone and the 4th is again another yellow toned concealer.
My overall Opinion
So e.l.f states that this is a "Complete Coverage" Concealer.......well it would be for people who suffer a little with dark under eye circles and slight blemishes but certainly not for anyone who suffers with hugely dark under eye circles and with regular blemishes.....Im not saying this is a bad product at all but just basically telling you what this can do and who this would best suit i like this product and i do find myself going for this most of the time......as i do have normal skin and dont suffer too often with blemishes.  This is very easy to apply i usually apply using my fingertips and set it with my usual powder.
So in all this is quite good for the price and it will benefit alot of people out there but not everyone.  I think its definitely worth a try because its so cheap and better than so drugstore brands that are more expensive than this.

I hope this was helpful to you and thanks for reading

e.l.f Healthy Glow Bronzing Powders Review

e.l.f says:  Achieve a sun-kissed complexion year round! The silky smooth, fine powder formula blends evenly and easily onto the skin for a lightweight feel. Use all over the body for a touch of sheer radiance. Perfect to buff onto the face, arms, shoulders, legs and décolleté for a gorgeous natural glow.
Hey everyone today i am reviewing the Healthy Glow Bronzing Powders in "Luminance and Warm Tan" by e.l.f.  There are 4 different bronzes from the essential line for £1.50/$1/€1.70 and i decided for my skin tone that maybe these two would be best suited for me.  They are available on both sites eyeslipsface.co.uk and eyeslipsface.com.  So i will go ahead and review them shall i :) :)
Starting with the Packaging First for both of them and then i will talk about them separately.
The Packaging
Ok the Packaging isnt what you call flattering.  I like the clear plastic type packaging but the fact it scrapes quite easily isnt going down to well i have only had this for about 2 months and it already looks like i have had it forever as its well battered.  Aswell as that when you turn it over you can see the pan stuck with a blob of glue ......So cheap looking aint even the word but hey we did pay cheap for these so what do you expect.....Of course packaging does help but at the end of the day its mostly to do with the product in my eyes and you can always depot these and put them into you own palette if you really wanted to go that far........
The Product
"Luminance"
Firstly i will start with "Luminance" :
I was pleasantly surprised with this one :) I did hear good reviews about it but of coarse you have to be a bit sceptic as it is from the cheaper range.  So when i received this i couldnt wait to try it out and from then on i cant resist using this almost everyday.
This is a creamy pinkish shade with golden shimmer.
This is definitely in no way a bronzer even if you have the lightest skin tone.  This in fact is a beautiful highlighter and when i say beautiful i mean beautiful.........
i can bet my cotton socks that this is suitable for every skintone.....I mean i was amazed by this product.  There is plenty of pigmentation in this enough to do every skin tone but dont worry its not overly pigmented to make you look like you jumped into a pool of shimmer ..........It lasts all day on me and thats what even more shocking because of the price of it i was expecting to have this in my bag at all times but girls its actually ok you can leave this baby at home after you use it as you wont need topping up...............This doesnt have chunkys of glitter or anything its very finely milled with a satin finish...............I use this on my cheekbones, down the bridge of my nose, under my brow, my collar bones and even down the front of my legs hehe yes it works i promise............The down side to this is that it is a bit on the powdery side so do please be careful girlies as it can get a bit messy if you use a heavy hand......use it lightly and carefully.
This is one of my favourite products from the essential line.  It totally brightens up my face and gives me such a beautiful healthy bright look im constantly glowing with this on i love love love it.
"Warm Tan"
Now for "Warm Tan":
This is the second darkest on the site actually a little on the dark side for me i would really only use this on nights out........if you are fair skinned maybe go for the sun-kissed one as that is lighter and more of an everyday bronze.......putting that aside though......This is a lovely golden bronze with plenty of gold shimmer.....Again this shimmer is finely milled and the powder is smooth and silky to touch..........This is extremely pigmented its actually more pigmented than my Isadora Bronze that i also use on nights out and i paid 4 times more for that........
Picture taken in sunlight
This is quite powdery too and you can over do it alot more........so be extra careful......this is in no way shock proof as i had this in my bag and let my bag fall lightly on the ground when i reached for the bronze it was all over the place..........There is another way i use this and its as an eye-shadow its fantastic for that.......I do like this bronze as when applied it gives you such a beautiful summer glow look and you wouldn't need to use a highlight with this as the gold shimmer give you that highlight effect.........
Swatches
"Luminance & Warm Tan" in Normal Light
"Luminance & Warm Tan" in sunlight
"Luminance & Warm Tan" with Flash of camera
My overall opinion
I don't in anyway regret buying these two products.  I'm actually quite surprised by them to be honest.  For £1.50 each they are well worth having in you collection.  Maybe the only regret is that my choice of "warm Tan" for an everyday bronze was a mistake because its too dark for me but its not wasted as i do wear this on nights out or as an eye shadow but i would not purchase it again after im done with it......"Luminance" is definitely worth having in your collection and is suitable for every skin tone.  The healthy glow you get from these is incredible and the lasting power is great for a cheap product.

So i hope this was helpful to you all
have you got these what do you think of them
Until next time
Take Care
