Sleek Face Contour Kit in Light Review

Hey my beautifuls how are you all doing?  I hope my lovely readers from America are keeping save and dry and I pray that this hurricane will pass soon My thoughts are with you all and with the families who have lost someone in this horrible act of nature :(
Today i am Raving/reviewing about a fantastic product that i havent put down since i got it.  The Famous Sleek Face Contour Kit.  I bought this months ago from Beauty Emporium I got it at a reduced price.  They are also available on the Sleek site but at the time they were out of stock they cost £6.49 and they are full stocked now :)
I have always wanted a good contour kit something that light easy and travel friendly but most of all does the job right !!!! I have found what i am looking for with this little beauty
There are 3 shades to choose from Light Medium and Dark and to be honest even though there are only 3 shades its very hard to see what the shades is like unless you see it in person.  That why i put it off for some time.  Then I say some of the Irish beauty guru's using it in some tutorials and Sineady Cady from themakeupchair she loves it and uses the shade light so i opted for the light shade as us Irish Gals are blessed with lovely fair skin some fairer than fair lol so its hard to not look oranged up with contour powders :)
Wow I have just noticed i really do ramble lol.  Well onto the packaging which is not much to chat about.  Its a typical black plastic palette the same as the blushes and eyeshadow palettes from Sleek.  I do notice that the packaging is stain free meaning that powder or fingerprints will not stay on the packaging brilliant.  If there is one thing i hate its a messy looking palette :)
The lid is very sturdy which i love as its handy to bring on travel and you also get a nice sized mirror inside which too handy :) :)
I love that the contour shade is bigger than the highlight side as you know you will use alot more of the contour side than the highlight side.
The Palette consists of a lovely warm brown shade and of course matte which most of us look for in a contour shade as we do not want to make it obvious that we have thinned out areas on our face do we now ;) and the highlight is a stunning pale pink shade with teeny tiny specks of gold in it
I apply the contour under my jawbone , my temple, down along my jawline, and along my hairline as I have a high forehead.  I apply the highlight on top on my cheek bones, under my brow, down the bridge of my nose sometimes on my cupids bow, sometimes even on the centre of my lips and i use this down the centre of my legs to give them a little va va voom :)
The powder on both sides is very finely milled.  There is no chalkiness whatsoever so you have no fear of a mess.  I love the highlight side as it gives such a stunning natural glow without making it obvious you put it there ;)  The contour is amazing and looks so natural , it didnt give me an orange look at all amazing!!!!!!
I find myself reaching for this everyday lately i have even used the contour side on my cheeks and not used a blush.  Another way of using this is on the eyes to me it didnt effect my eyes at all i use the contour side in the crease and the highlight side in the inner corner of eyes :)
Isnt it just stunning.  This is definitely a favourite of mine this month and will surely be a favourite for quite some time :) Its amazing and Sleek surely thought this out well :) The shade is the right shade for someone with fair to medium skin tone.
Have you tried this yet? You gotta try it seriously you wont be disappointed :)
Until next time

Sleek i-Divine Au Natural Eyeshadow Palette

Hello Everyone :)
Now I think at this stage you all know I love the Sleek Eyeshadow Palettes :) From the Last review i done on the Original Eyeshadow palette in which i love.  I also own the Matte V2 Darks Palette in which i have reviewed here  And i also have a review done on 3 other palettes i own from sleek 2 are Limited Editions and one is Permanent.  So in my last review i told you all i bought 3 more palettes (on different times of course) from Beauty Emporium which is an Irish site who ship internationally.  I have purchased from this site quite a bit and highly recommend it as they are 100% secure :)
I have already reviewed one so now its on to the 2nd new palette which is the Au Natural eyeshadow Palette which i believe is a Permanent palette.  Its costs about 9.99 euro to buy for 12 x 1.1g of eyeshadow great bargain if you ask me.
This Palette is a perfect palette for all of you who love natural eyeshadows.  This is mainly the reason i bought it for everyday use and of course for a variety of Autumn looks :)  At first i wasnt sure about purchasing this as it looked to me that the whole top row would be too light it was the bottom row that attracted me more but i took the risk and now im glad i did.
You have a mixture of matte and shimmery eyeshadows
So let me tell you a little about the shades
Nougat:  A Matte White which is actually quite pigmented surprisingly enough as its a highlight shade
Nubuck:  A Matte light greyish shade This is very light but buildable
Cappuccino:  This is a great blending shade Its a matte light beige shade
Honeycomb:  A Matte yellowy beige this i found less pigmentation good for blending out harsh lines
Toast:  A Matte Light Orangey shade good enough pigmentation a light shade :)
Taupe:  The First shimmer on this row.  Hmmmm I am kind of wondering where the taupe comes in here to be honest as this is more of a shimmery golden beige shade pigmentation is quite good a little on the chalky side but just a little :)
The Second Row
Conker:  Oh this shade is oh so perfect for Autumn/fall its a fantastic reddy brown with golden shimmer its stunning Highly pigmented shade I love it :)
Moss:  A Shimmery khaki green with golden undertones again a very pigmented shade
Bark:  A Matte taupe brown this i use for my brows in the crease for definition or just on the outer corner for a little added darkness in the day time :) Its a little less pigmented that the other two but of course to be expected with a matte shade :)
Mineral Earth:  A Shimmery Dark Brown this has golden undertones to it and its FANTASTIC :) Super Pigmented
Regal:  A Matte brown with purple undertones great pigmentation.  I love wearing this shade all over the lid it really makes my hazel eyes stand out :)
Noir:  This was unexpectantly the most surprising shade ever for me in this palette.  I was convince it would be like most eyeshadow palettes with their so called "Blacks" that end up been a dark grey no no no not this one. THIS IS A TRUE MATTE BLACK I love it :)
As you can see there are quite a few matte shades in this palette.  Now to be honest i was more excited about this palette to start off with but couldnt help been a little disappointed in the matte shades.  They took more work to apply than the Matte V2 Darks palette.  Now i know in all in every brand mattes are harder to work with anyway but the fact that most of the mattes in this palette are lighter shades left it even more harder to work with.  Thats not saying that they are all bad you can work with them but just to let you know so that you too wont be disappointed.  The shimmery shades on the other hand are amazingly pigmented they literally need a light sweep of the brush and you have enough to work with in one look.  They are amazing shades and perfect for Fall/Autumn.
I find that this palette would be more beneficial to people with fair/medium skin tones but might be more disappointing for darker skin tones i think half of the shades will not even show up on darker skin tones.
In all I am happy with the palette but it is not my favourite palette out of the palette i own but its certainly not the worst palette either :)
So whats your favourite Sleek Palette?  So you own this palette? Whats your thoughts on it :)
Until next time

Milani Shadow Eyez 12 hour Wear Eyeshadow Pencils

Hey my beauties how are you all doing today.
Incase you missed yesterdays post.  I took part in a Beauty Swap with a lovely woman i met through the blogging community.  Shirley from Superhipmama is from America and she really wanted to try some products from here she couldnt get her hands on over there and visa versa.  I have quite a few items on my wishlist that i cant get here and im glad to say Shirley was able to help me tick off some of them.  Yesterday i reviewed the Wet n Wild Megalast Lip Color lipsticks.
So today I am reviewing The Milani Shadow Eyez 12 hour wear eyeshadow pens.  These little beauties were released around April of this year.  The first time i heard about these was from Diva Makeup Queen she posted a video about them comparing them to NYX Jumbo eye pencils and from then on I wanted them in my life :)  She also compared them to Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner pencils which you and I know that they cost a big ass amount of money for one.
Big and blendable 2-in-1 color rich pencil  that can be used as shadow or liner. Creamy smooth, long-lasting, water-resistant, crease-proof and paraben-free formula. The next generation of shadows that you sharpen.
There is 6 shades to choose from and to be honest the minute i started to use these I couldnt help but kick myself for not getting the other 3 shades.  I also hope Milani make more shades in the future :)
These eyeshadow pencils cost about $6.99 each.
The Packaging Is quite good the lid fits down very securely so there is no fear of them falling off and drying out the product.  you are getting 2.5g of product per pencil which is quite good for the value
Compared to Urban Decay 24/7 Eye-liner pencils these little beauties are going to last alot longer than them.   The UD eye liners are only 1.2g product and cost $19 each.
Thats some price and product difference eh?
Starting with the shades :)
Well now i just had to get this shade as purple is my favourite colour :) And boy is this colour AMAZING :) :) This is a lovely blue toned purple it has no shimmer what so ever and applies like a dream :)
Next Shade is....
Awww Brown Deluxe :) :) This is a great dupe for Urban Decays "Bourbon" 24/7 eyeliner in which you can see for yourself here in my review But this is ALOT more pigmented for sure :) This beautiful bronzy brown is amazing for making my hazel eyes pop i love it !!!!!! This isnt even as shimmery as the UD Eyeliner which is an extra bonus
ans lastly
You can tell this is going to be a great highlight shade or a great wake me up lid shade by the picture.  Its a stunning peachy/champagne shade which gives a metallicy finish.
And here is a picture of all 3 in the sunlight :)
These little beauties are amazing 100%
Diva Hunny you were right they surely are a great dupe of the UD 24/7 liners for sure.  They have the same staying power as them.  There is actually no difference between them if anything Milani shadow Eyez eyeshadow pencils are better in my eyes as you are getting more product i find these are a little more pigmented and they are alot cheaper.  What more can you ask for :)
Are the Waterproof ??? Oh My Goodness yes they are
Are they long lasting ??? Hell yeah baby they lasted 11 hours on my eyes and it looked like i just applied them really they did not smudge whatsoever
Are they easy to apply??? yes yes yes They are so creamy and soft they are amazing.  Champagne Toast is a little sheerer because its a light shade but it is buildable
Anything else you need to know hmmmmmm
Oh yes they are easily blendable too you have enough time to blend out the edges before they set which is a bonus especially if you make a whoopsy.  They make a great shadow base too and great for intensifying those not so pigmented eyeshadows you might have stashed in the back of your drawers :) They are amazing to use as an eyeliner aswell
And of course lastly they are 100% creaseproof.  Sounds all too good to be true doesnt it my dearies well it is true Trust me
I highly highly recommend these to everyone even to your guys who suffer with oily lids these beauties are not going to let you down !!!!
You can get these from Cherryculture.com, Nonpariel.com, Ebay and of course in American stores :)
So thats it for today everyone
I hope you are all well
Until next time

Wet n Wild Megalast Lip Color Lipsticks in Just Peachy, Mauve outta here & Think Pink

Hey Everyone How are you all doing :)
I bet you are wondering what is in this bag eh??
Well its actually items I received from a swap with the lovely Shirley from Superhipmama :)
I befriended Shirley through the bloggers world and we hit it off straight away.  She is a mum herself but loves everything beauty related she has just started making videos of her own and doing brilliantly with them.  She is also a certified Makeup artist.  So we got chatting one day after i posted up a review with some Catrice Make-up and she really wanted to try it out as Catrice is not available in America.  So we arranged this swap in which I was so happy to do as i had a few items on my wishlist that I cant get over here.  So we agreed to a price and got to work on getting the products.  This was about 3 months ago and now I can finally review all the items for you.  I am going to do separate posts as I dont want the post been too long and they deserve a separate post hehehe :)
Shirley will be doing a review on the items I sent her too :)
So the first Items I am going to review Is the Wet N Wild Megalast Lip Color Lipsticks
Oh i Love Wet n Wild Its an amazing brand and i hate the fact that its not available here :(  I love their eyeshadow palettes in which i have reviewed The Trios and the 8 Pan Eyeshadow  Palettes.
I have had the pleasure of experiencing this lipstick before around the time i first started blogging I did a mini review on the shade and still to this day i love it it was the shade "bare it all" which is a fantastic nude lipstick.
So i just had to try more shades.
Lips take center stage! This 4-hour, longwearing lip color leaves a semi-matte, crème finish in one stroke. Glides on easily with rich, velvety color that doesn't cake, feather, or bleed. Made with hydrating skin-care ingredients: Hyaluronic Microspheres provide extraordinary adhesion to lips, an exclusive polymer complex offers cushion-like feel and texture, and natural marine plant extracts Coenzyme Q10 and Vitamins A & E help smooth lips.
Imagine there are 26 different shades to choose from so there is bound to be a shade for every skin tone isnt that amazing and whats more amazing is that these lipsticks cost about $2.99 depending on what store you get them from thats 2.30 euros each BARGAIN!!!!
Lets Start off with the Shades I Got
This is the one I was most excited about trying as i seen quite a few reviews on it :)
This shade is bright and cheerful.  Its a warm toned Peachy/Coral shade.  The finish is a Matte finish.
Next up is.......
Now this shade is perfect for Fall/Autumn I Love it.   This is alot cooler toned than Just Peachy :) Its a stunning Pinky/Purple shade and I found this had more of a satin matte finish.  I love this shade and I found it worked brilliantly with my skin tone :)
And Lastly......
This one i am afraid is my least favourite out of the 3.  Its a little pale so anyone with a pale complexion might find it a little light.  Its more of a bubblegum pinky shade.  i have found this to be very very pigmented and works better on my when applied lightly it looks stunning.  Another thing i found with this shade is that its quite thick compared to the rest and a little powdery looking as its matte but with a little gloss on top or balm underneath this shade works wonderfully
I Absolutely love these.  The fact that these are almost matte they are amazing.  They are creamy and very pigment a little goes a long long way with them.  Ok the packaging isnt exactly what you can fantastic but what do you expect for the price its more about the product anyway.  They claim to last 4 hours well its true i found they did last but to be honest i prefer the lip balm before applying rather than wearing them on their own.  If you have dry lips the lipstick will surely emphasis that if you dont moisturise your lips.
I love the Just peachy and the Mauve outta here.  The Think Pink is a little hard work but worth i at the end of it all.
If i was to pick out a con for these I would say the packaging will get messy.  The fact that the lipstick is creamy you will find yourself making a little mess while applying to your lips but a little wipe of tissue and its al fixed :)
All i can say is you got to try them really for the price they are the best Lower price lipstick i have ever tried thats for sure :)
I will certainly be purchasing some more shades in these for sure :)
here is swatches of them on my lips pictures taken in natural lighting
See how i can make Think Pink work for me "ye baby" I love it :)
So that is it for part 1 of my reviews on my items from my latest swap
Have you tried these little beauties yet?
What do you think of them :)
Until next time

Final Part of How I coped with my 2 Year Old Sons Cancer

After all the tests and CT scan we finally had the answer to all our question.....Will he need Chemo....The answer was yes he will need about ten goes of Chemo to get rid of the remaining cells after the operation :(
Oh my heart fell the moment them words were said.  My poor baby has been through enough....Why????
I sit by his bedside felling butterflies in my stomach with the same questions as before running over and over again
I wish I was going through this instead of him.  Sudden Kian wakes up asking for brekkie and wanting to play with the boy across from him who was very ill.  He was just like an other boy.  You would not even think he was just after going through an Operation.  I was stunned.  We got the go ahead to go home and would be contacted when his first go of chemo would be.
I was so grateful to be able to bring him home and the fact he was walking out the door himself.
We finally got home and all he wanted to do was play I was running around after him like a headless chicken afraid he would fall been too over protective to be honest i was putting myself into more stress than i needed.
I finally got a phone call about Kians chemo.  They wanted to start it ASAP to stop the cells from growing further.
Aww god my poor little man i had so many questions.....Will he lose his hair?  Will he be so sick that he wont eat and get really thin? My head was like a whirlpool
We arrived at the Hospital and his doctor came to meet us and explain everything about the Chemo the whole process and of course answer any questions I had.
She told me that 10 goes of the chemo will surely clear kian up.
She answered my main questions.
Kian might not lose his hair because its only 10 goes but he may lose a little.
Kian's taste buds might change due to the chemo because its known that one of the side effects is a metaliccy taste in the mouth He may be sick on the days he recieves the Chemo but they will give him an anti-sickness medicine to subside that.
Most of all the 10 goes of chemo will not effect his fertility (awww relief)
There was so many answers she gave me but these were the main ones i needed to know.

So Kian needed to go for another little operation to get his "Freddy" aka a port  It is a small tube that goes through the skin of the chest, into a large vein that leads to the heart, and ends in the right atrial chamber of the heart.  It lessens the poking and prodding of needles as they can take blood test in which there will be lots of it during his treatment and of course they can give him his treatment through this also.  For anyone who wants to know more information on the "Freddie" click here and this will tell you all you need to know
I was so nervous about his first treatment as i was fearing the worst as any mother would.  He is a 2 year old child and this is such a strong medicine how is he going to react to it.  I wanted to scream out i was so frustrated.  We were shown to the ward in which Kian will be staying for a couple of days.  They want to keep an eye on him on the first go to see if he takes to it.  If he does and everything is ok we can make day trips for his remaining treatment.
Now i honestly can tell you i got a shock of my life when i reached Kians ward.  Never in my life have i ever seen anything like it.  The ward looked amazing, it didnt even look like a hospital ward.  It looked like a fun place for children with the added bonus of a bed.  They had a kitchen for the parents to store their food and a room for parents to eat and watch telly.  They had a big playroom for the children too.  Kian was excited poor thing

The one thing that shocked me was the amount of sick children in the ward.  Oh my goodness believe me if you havent experienced any of your children been sick (in which im so happy you havent) you have no idea how many children are sick with cancer etc.  There was a baby there not even 6 months old who had the same as kian but lost 2 eyes, there was a gorgeous (they are all gorgeous) little girl who has had alot of treatment with lukemia and her mum told me it wasnt looking good for her she looked so pretty dancing around and singing she told me she lost all her hair and i told her she was the most beautiful girl god created and that she had the most amazing eyes she replied "ye i know" i couldnt help but smile.  I was in shock!! There was an old boy there playing in the playroom he was just finished his chemo and his mum was bringing him some food he told me what it felt like to get the treatment and that he doesnt like the food he used to eat because it tastes funny.  I was like a sponge taking all of this in as i needed to know everything i needed to know what my boy was to expect.

Kian's little operation to get "Freddie" in ran smoothly and he soon was been connected for his first round of chemo.  He was given the anti-sickness medicine and they took some blood test in which they will be doing everytime he gets it was they have to keep an eye on his blood count.  I had a feeling i had alot more to learn along the way.  I was fearing this was going to be very hard work he had to sit in the bed for at least 4 to 6 hours straight while the chemo was slowly been pumped into him.  I thought a 2 year old child is not going to sit for that long but he surely did.  I kept him entertained with toys on his bed.  He was such a good little boy sat that whole time while this strong medicine was been pumped into him.  I felt like the proudest mother in the world.  When it was finished he was so so tired.  It took alot out of him he also was sick which was to be expected even with the anti-sickness he was still sick but not as much as he would have been without it.  He took to the medicine without any major effects so we were allowed to go home after a couple of days with warnings.  We were told that kians white blood cell count will go down for a period of time because of the chemo and that needs to be watched he is not to be in contact with anyone who even has the slightest cold or sickness.  He has to wear a mask over his mouth in public for a day or two after as he could literally catch anything.  Everything is to be sanitised and hands need to be sanitised at all times.  if someone is in contact with him they too need to sanitise their hands.
If he gets sick at all it could be dangerous :O
Oh the worries started and i could feel myself starting to become crazzzzzzy with over protectiveness.  I scrubbed the house from top to bottom i asked people to take their shoes off before coming into the house i had a hand sanitiser at the back and front door.  I didnt take him out of the house until his white cells were back to normal.  I was afraid his siblings would get sick and pass it to him so i loaded up on vitamins and gave his older sister a pocket hand sanitiser for her school bag.
It was a little overwhelming at first but once Kian got to the 3rd treatment i started to relax a little and it became more of a routine than a nightmare.
Kians granddad even got into a habit of bringing him to McDonalds after his treatment and everytime Kian went to the hospital he had to go to McDonalds straight after and you know what still to this day 5 years later everytime Kian goes for his check ups at the hospital he still has to go to McDonalds after lol :)
To cut this story down Kians treatment was hard work but so so worth it yes he lost weight,  he lost a little hair and yes he was sick after his treatments he was also quite tired for a day or two after but he still acted like a 2 year old child he still played still enjoyed the trips to the hospital and made alot of friends along the way.  He has been the most strongest boy i have ever known and it opened up my eyes alot to life.  Children are amazing they are so so strong and the fact they are so strong they dont sit and "feel sorry for themselves" they just take everything as it comes.  To be honest my son has thought me alot about life and about they way we as adult approaches life.  We are older we think more and if we were half a strong willed as children are we would get through alot more than what we do.
I know for a fact i have become stronger since going through this with him
He is amazing even with the fact he is old enough to understand that he will be a little different to his friends aka he has only got one eye he doesnt care he says he is special in which he is!!!!
Its amazing so far he has been in the clear since he got the Chemo and i thank god every day for that as there is always that fear in the back of your mind that it could come back i dont let that get me down its is just a typical worry all mothers will have.  Kian even shrugs of bullys who has been making fun of him and his false eye.  We cant stop that but we cant teach Kian to be strong and to ignore the comments he gets.  To this day he has been called names gets some horrible horrible comments by both kids his own age and of course older children but he still shows his strength he is amazing.
So that is a small story of how I have coped and have been coping with my sons Cancer.  To be honest alot of it is over but there is the after math too.  Never be afraid to talk about it with people even if it is years later it does have a huge effect in yours, your families, and of course your childs life forever but if you stay strong your family will stay strong and once you support each other and talk to each other you too will pull through this.  i feel so so luck to still have my son in my life and i feel blessed as i know not everyone is as luck as we are i have seen that for myself and its so so sad to think about it.
I just want to say a massive thank you to the doctors and staff Temple Street hospital and Crumlin Hospital in Dublin they were and are amazing without them and their help i would have been lost they done so much for us and they are amazing amazing people.  We just had to pay back a little to Crumlin where Kian got his treatment as they done so much for him and that is where he spent alot of his time not only that they invited him a year later to a massive Christmas party which was out of this world and i know alot of money went into it so we done a fundraiser and raise over 3,000 euro for them.  Which is only the tiniest amount of what they need for the hospital.  Thanks to all who helped with making that possible too you all know who you are :)
If you have a childrens hospital around you please please donate to them.  They need money all the time.  Just think if you ever have children thats the first place they go if they get ill and they need all the support they can get for everything.  With that your child would not get the best treatment they can get
I really hope this post has helped any mother out there who is or has been going through this and please please ask me any questions you have and i will be more than happy to answer.  Even though these 3 posts has alot in them that is only a small amount of what we went through and what we are going through now.  Kian still needs looking after and over his growth spurt will need new false eyes which now will cost alot of money and looking after.  He still needs alot of looking after but he is over the worst :)
Until next time
Look after yourselves and no matter how hard your life might seem just think of those poor people out there in the world going through worse experiences than you and be grateful for every minute of your life as every minute is precious.
One major piece of advice i can give you is dont refuse the support you get from your family and friends or whoever will offer it YOU WILL NEED IT.  Its very easy to refuse it thinking you do not need but but in all honesty YOU DO NEED IT.  I have to say without the support we got from family and friends and of course the medical staff I dont think i would have been as strong as i was for my boy and the rest of my family.  There is nothing wrong with asking for help either and there is nothing wrong with taking the help as we are not robots we are only human at the end of the day
Thanks so much for reading :)

Vaseline Pink Bubbly Review

Hello my beautifuls how are you all doing :)
Today i am giving you my review on the New but Limited Edition Vaseline Pink Bubbly Lip Therapy :)
There has been a huge hype about this single it was mentioned that there was a new limited edition been released.  I do love Vaseline and have loved it since i was in school.  I always has one in my pencil case or in my school bag.  I always reached for it when my lips needed some moistening in the cold hard weather or even in the summer :)  Its always handy to have on my dresser especially when applying lipstick or liner all over the lips :)  I usually use the blue tinned one so this was exciting to see a girly girly one coming into my collection.
"Luxury living is all the rage, but this time it’s all about letting your lips enjoy a champagne lifestyle. By popular demand, cult beauty brand Vaseline Lip Therapy has created an exciting and decadent new limited edition flavour, Pink Bubbly.
Vaseline Pink Bubbly has a gorgeous rosé hue. Enriched with champagne grape extract, this luxurious jelly will intensively moisturise and smooth, creating a perfectly kissable pout.
I am not a huge fan of strong scented lip products to be honest .  I dont mind sweet or fruity but not cosmeticy or sickly scents.  When i opened this at first i thought oh no this smells quite strong like rose scent.  I was pretty sure i would not like it straight away and was actually a little disappointed.  When i applied it i changed my mind yes i got the rosey scent but it was actually quite nice and bearable.  I have to admit even though it smelt rosey it also smelled fruity so maybe thats why i like it :)
Its also has a nice pink tint to it even though it appears clear on my lips.  I have been wearing alot of matte lipsticks lately especially the NYX Matte lipsticks and the NYX Matte lips creams (in which i will be reviewing soon) and i find applying this firstly on my lips makes the matte lipsticks apply like a dream and makes them look amazing :)
I love this and highly recommend grabbing it while you can.  I cant wait to see what other Limited Edition flavours come our way in the future from Vaseline :)
Have you tried this yet?
Until next time take care

This is a nice sized sample I like the packaging its nice a girly.  This definately smells of grapefruit its lovely.  I have actually tried this already it came at great timing this morning :) i was nicely surprised at how this lathered up and gave me a nice gentle exfoliation.   My skin felt nice a soft too for the price its surely worth the try but as i only used it the once this is only a first impression i will keep you updated.

Next
Skinetica Anti- Blemish Treatment 10ml Sample - Full size is 100mls and costs £6.99
Ok this is something I am actually happy with having and will surely try as lately i have bee getting a few nasties on my face for some apparent reason  Be it weather change, too much heat in the house, stress, trying out produts whatever i have been suffering.  Its calmed down now but im surely i will be reaching for this at stages :)   One thing i have noticed about this is that the scent reminds me of fairy liquid Anyone else get that scent or is it me

Dr Jart Premium Beauty Balm 15 mls - Original size 40ml for £24.00.
This Dr Jart+ BB Cream provides high SPF40 protection with anti-oxidents. A slightly glossy, low coverage cream which helps fight ageing. Particularly suitable for those over 30.
This really got me interested in trying like almost straight away as it states:
1 Perfect Cover
2 UV A/ UV B Protection
3 For Sensitive Skin
Plus it has SPF 40
The shade did look a bit on the dark side from the tube and i was quite impressed when i swatched it i literally put a pea sized amount on my arm and rubbed it in and it cover quite alot around the area.  The consistancy is not thick whatsoever.  I applied this with my fingers.  It was a tad bit dark on my face not too dark i actually liked it on .  The only thing i have to say is if you suffer with an oily complextion you are going to find this very very shiny.  I found this a little shiny and used a translucent powder over it just to take some of the shine away but left it that it still looked flawless.  I was impressed it lasted all day long a good 10 hours without having to use a compact.
It feels so light and only gives light coverage.  I had a pimple on my cheek that is so obvious (dont ya hate that) it did not cover it up
But my face did look even and very natural and the best thing about it is even with SPF 40 it does effect photos with flash :) Happy Days
And Lastly
Yves Rocher  - Moisturising Cream Lipstick - 160 Mauve Cost price £14.50 for 3.7 g product
A melting texture, hydrating and nourishing. Perfect coverage from the first application, lips are enhanced by a smooth, radiant film. Its Plus : The precision of its application, thanks to the flat bevelled edge. The click which ensures good closure.
Well now the price tag is what got my attention wowzer that's about 15-16 euro for one lipstick hmmmmmm.  The lipstick I was holding in my hand when looking at the price tag did not look like an expensive lipstick its so light and the packaging isn't exactly what you call fancy to be honest maybe I am just been fussy lol.  As I always state its not really the packaging that is important anyway but that was my first thought.  Now when i took the lid off I instantly got a cosmeticy scent not strong but its there and instantly I wasn't sure about trying it as i hate strong cosmeticy (old ladies lipstick) lip products but I chanced it and surprisingly enough I didn't notice the scent too much i could actually tolerate it.  I got instant colour from this lipstick boy is it pigmented.  You get medium coverage for sure.  It feels extremely soft and moisturising and the shade is stunning.  Its a perfect fall shade and one shade I actually do not have to my collection.  I took a picture of one coat on my lips and then applied a 2nd coat to show how build-able it is :)
So there you have it thats all the items i got in the October Glossybox now for my opinion.....
I am actually quite happy with everything i got especially with the full sized lipstick that literally cost the same amount as the box so the rest of the items is a bonus.  I am looking forward to using these items Further.  For the lipstick I don't think i would go out of my way to rush and buy another i like the one i have its nice to have an expensive lipstick but it hasn't exactly blown me away there are cheaper versions out there that's certainly opened my eyes more.
So what did you get in your Glossybox.  I know a few people got different items in theirs
Until next time
