Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water Review

Hello My beauties I hope you are all well :)
Today's Review is on one of Garniers Newest products The Miceller Cleansing Water.
In all honesty I have taken a vow that I will do my best to stay away from anything that can be harmful to my face.  I am not getting any young first of all and secondly in the past 6 months or more I have been suffering very bad with acne all around my mouth and chin area.  It has been so hard to deal with that especially when I am not used to break outs.  As some of you may no when you have break outs and wear makeup some products you use to remove makeup can some how leave your acne looking alot worse.  Some say its makeup and maybe so but I am now convinced that skincare can also be apart of that too.  So I decided to change my skincare routine a little to see will it help and I have to admit It has ALOT.  I barely have any breakouts and I am still wearing the same makeup I wore before.
So I have been using this little beauty for the past month.

I have to admit when I first heard about this cleansing water I was very sceptical because A) I have never tried Micellar Cleansing Water before and B) in all honesty going from cleanser & toner to just using this I felt my face would not been 100% clean Was I wrong??? Read on to find out.

The bottle itself is huge, bigger than any skincare product i have bought before.  You are getting a huge 400mls of product which is supposed to do 200 uses.  I really dont know about that but it surely will last alot longer than some cleansers I have used.  I bought this bottle in Penneys for only €3.50 which was a special offer but normally this retails for just under €5 depending where you buy it from :)

I am in love with the bottle.  I know its just a simple clear plastic bottle with a pink lid but I like it and it stand out on my dresser :)

Even though I haven't got Sensitive skin I like to buy skincare products that are suitable for sensitive skin because it means its less harsh on my skin as well as anyone else I use it on.  Plus I like to test out skincare for me and of course for my tween daughter as she has sensitive skin and breaks out alot.
I like that Garnier Micellar Cleansing water is for everyone include those who have sensitive skin.  Plus its Dermatologically and Ophthalmologically tested.
Dermatologically tested means:  basically tested on human skin
Ophthalmolgically tested means:  Tested around the eye area
Plus no perfume which means yeahhhhh no stinging or scent :) :)

Does it does what its claims???
Yes and no but more yes :)
Normally I would use my mitt to remove the makeup before using cleanser and toner but I tested this on a full face of make-up and I have to say impressed is not the word.  It did actually remove all my make-up I just did what it said to do which as apply the water to a cotton pad and wipe of course I started with the eyes as that's normally where I start and bam in ONE wipe most of my shadow was off the eyes including the shimmer

After I was finished I was really impressed not a smudge of make-up left even my mascara was gone.  Talking mascara I tried this with waterproof mascara and of course it did need a little more help as I thought but we cant expect miracles it did remove some of the waterproof mascara but not all.  I also tried one day after using this to cleanse and tone my face just to see if there was anything left after using the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water and there was nothing on my cotton pads DELIGHTED!!!!
I was even impressed with the fact that I was left with a a normal clean fresh face and not once did it irritate and breakout I had.  In fact since starting to use this I haven't had any new breakouts and my skin has cleared up alot :) :)
A massive thumbs up to Garnier and to this new favourite skincare product of mine I highly recommend it for sure :) :) Its worth every cent and I will be surely buying a bottle for my daughter as-well :) :)
Have you tried This yet?
Whats your thoughts on it ?
Until Next Time

My Empties #1

Hey my beauties how are you all doing today :)
This is going to be my first ever empties post :)  I have been gathering for a couple of months now and my gathering bag is getting a little full lol
I do not know about you but I absolutely love watch videos on everyones empties and of course reading blog posts on empties too I think the reason is you know the person has used the product up completely and can give an in depth review on it weither they like it or not you know they have put it to the REAL test.
So I thought I would join in on this and start posting my empties from now on some you might see in more than one post and become my favourites and some might not be a favourite and I might not ever purchase again :)  If you want to see this on a regular basis let me know :)
So let me go ahead and show you all :)   Now I have decided to break this down because If I include all of these in one blog post you will end up falling asleep lol So this blog post will be On the beauty products for the face and face and hair products I have used up.

Garnier Simply Essentials 2 in 1 makeup-remover:  This is a favourite of mine for sure and for a long time.  Its so so affordable in fact it only sets me back about 3 to 4 euro.  This contains 2 layers the top layer (blue) is the eye makeup remover the bottom layer is suppose to be for the face.  It contains no perfume or alcohol.  The reason I love this so much is that its absolutely amazing to take of my eye makeup literally one swipe and bam gone.  I find If i use the blue layer before shaking it for the rest of my face the blue layer is more effective for the most stubborn waterproof mascaras and liners.  The only fault........ its feels quite oily and I dont particularly like oily products on my face.  The fact it does such a great job, its affordable and its brilliant even for anyone with sensitive skin I can tolerate a little oiliness.
Garnier Simply Essentials soothing eye makeup remover:   This is basically for anyone who has very sensitive eyes and needs a soothing eye makeup remover thats not going to sting the life out of them or take no effort removing makeup.  This is liquid based which mean no oil and to be honest its not as good as the 1st one I spoke about.  Its fine for anyone who doesnt wear alot of makeup around the eyes but not for the heaviest of makeup.  This cost me about 2.30 euro and to be honest I probably will buy it again but not in a hurry .
Garnier Fresh Essentials Grape Water eye makeup remover:   To be honest this is the worst out of the 3 I found it not doing what it claims and that is removing waterproof eye makeup,  this takes quite a few rubs of the cotton pad to remove and i hate that because the eye area is so delicate I will not be purchasing again
Nivea Double Effect Eye Makeup Remover:   I love Nivea full stop as some of you who have been with me a while will know.  I love their moisturisers I love there body washes I love everything so I thought I will in no doubt love this :) .  Again this is so so affordable so affordable it costs less than 3 euro.  It has the same idea as the 1st Garnier remover comes in two layers.  Again this is oily in fact more oily than the Garnier one yes it does remove the eye makeup even waterproof but not as good and to be honest I found my eyes stung a little while using it its a no no from me :(
The Famous Lynx Attract for Her Spray
I absolutely LOVE this spray its been a favourite of mine for the past I dont know how long basically since it was released last year :)
There is not one bad thing about this spray its smells amazing even my 3 year old girl says "lemme smell mammy"  I have got so many compliments wearing this.  Fruity, floral and woody fragrance. A vibrant colourful mixture of succulent fruit creates an enticing fusion while floral notes leave a feminine accord.  A vibrant colourful mixture of succulent fruit creates an enticing fusion while floral notes leave a feminine accord. Bottom notes of wood, musk and vanilla give the fragrance a sheer creaminess. As described and I say AMEN to that LOVE IT!!!!!!!!
Garnier pure Anti-blackhead deep pore wash:  I ran out of my usual daily face wash (which i will review soon I have it on my list for ages and ages but somehow always by pass I think I just take too much for granted I think but I love it so much)  There was none of my usual on the shelf so I decided to go for this as it was on sale for around 2 euro.  It comes in a gel like for with teeny tiny beads in each squirt to gentle ex-foliate your face.  To be honest I found this to do nothing for me yes my skin felt smooth and soft but I didnt notice much of a change or difference for me to go and repurchase.  I still prefer my usual daily face wash
Nivea Pure & Natural Cleansing Toner:  I love this 100% no doubt in my mind.  I actually love all of Nivea's Pure & Natural range.  With 95% of the ingredients of natural origin.   Free from Parabens, Silicones, Colourants and Mineral Oils.  This is a brilliant toner for under 3 euro.  There is no strong smell of alcohol off it like you get from some toners and I find my skin doesnt feel tight after using it plus it works great.  LOVE IT!!!!!
Primark 4 in 1 deep facial cleansing wipes:  NO NO NO I hate them I dont suffer with sensitive skin as such but by heck these stung the hell out of me my face felt like i scrubbed with with a brillo pad.  Even my daughter handed them back to me saying they stung her so much.  I will be sticking with my long time favourites I think
Monu Revitalising moisturiser:  I got this in one of my glossy boxes and to be honest I thought "awwww yet another moisturiser to throw into a box" but girlies let me tell you I LOVE THIS.  In fact I love it so much I squeezed the bejeebies out of it and was so sad to see that i could not get anymore out.  This left my skin so so hydrated, soaked into my skin as soon as it hit it but made my skin look so fresh and dewy,  The scent is not strong but you do get the smell of cucumbers off it love it.  It sort of has a cooling effect when you first apply it which is great if you have just ex-foliated and feel kinda flushed :)  Its such a pity its expensive this will set you back £17 or there abouts for 50mls hmmmmm I would consider it but so feel there might be bigger and better for that price :)  But if there was an offer going on this I will be barging through everyone to stock up lol
Loreal Elvive Triple Resist Reinforcing Shampoo:  Since I started using this shampoo which must be about 6 months ago now I have noticed a complete difference in my hair and even my hairdresser asked me what am i using that my hair has got so much better from been dry dull and lifeless.  I simply told him I changed my Shampoo and conditioner and also bought the treatment of this aswell.  I love this and still to this day using it.  The scent is amazing.  If you are thinking of buying this I highly recommend you get the treatment with it :) :) This shampoo was on offer for 3.75 euro super affordable :)
V05 Volume Boost Gel Spray:  This is my HG for sure.  I remember about a year ago I made a video about the fact that my hair has lost its life.  After having the twins I lost handful of hair for 6 months solid and the one thing I missed most in the world was my natural curls.  I found even moose wasnt doing anything it was just giving me a wave.  Even when I used curling thongs the curls would eventually fall almost flat.  That was until I came across this little beauty :)   This stuff is absolute amazing and holds my curl all day long I cant live without it.  I basically wash my hair towel dry it, flip my head down spritz some into my hair scrunch it up then flick back my hair spritz a little more scrunch it up and your ready to go no hair dryer nothing and bam curly natural hair love it :) It does feel a little stiff but if you scrunch your hair it looks natural and bouncy and the next day you still have a nice wavy soft look in fact your hair feels as smooth and soft as if you used nothing in it :) This gives the most amazing volume ever im in love  Top marks to this beauty for sure :)
Batiste Diva Dry Shampoo:  Ok I have to admit this is the very first dry shampoo ever in my life that I have tried.  Yes I know shock Horror Gasp!!!!! But true :)  The is no real point in me going on telling you about the product is there im sure all of you or at least most of you know what the whole idea of the dry shampoo is all about.  I love this product I find it brilliant that you get an extra day plus plenty of volume in this little tin.  I have been on the look out for the brunette one which is suppose to be even better for all of us dark haired people but havent yet got my hands on it.  Love this :)
Garnier Intensive 7 Days Hand Cream
This is my HG hand moisturiser!!!!!  If you are like me a busy mum who uses different household products, has hands in water more than out of it and suffers with dermatitis most of the year due to not drying your hands properly because of rushing and racing around this is the cream from you.  To be honest I neglected my hands for the past few weeks by not moisturising them and doing ordinary everyday jobs around the house.  Plus my skin did not agree with a washing powder I was trying out and I was covered in a rash and extremely dry skin.  My hands got that bad i was scratching them so hard when i was sleeping they bled.  I had enough and ran to my Garnier hand cream this is day 4 of applying when ever I get the chance and my hands look 10 years younger I love it The scent is gorgeous and it leaves no oiliness soaks right in :) Plus it cost less than 5 euro BARGAIN BEAUTY!!!!!
Nivea Visage Q10 Plus Anti-Wrinkle Day Cream:  YES ANTI-WRINKLE!!!!! Its never too early to start and I am not getting any younger :) :)
I decided to try this out one day as it was on a great offer and my usual day cream was not available at the time so what better chance to try this out than when it is on a great offer.  I usually use the Nivea Pure & Natural which is amazing so going for something with SPF 15 is even better right ?
Well I have to admit I really enjoyed using this cream.  The scent is a little stronger than the one I normally use but bearable.  It sort of smells like strong baby powder.  A little goes a long way and my skin feels moisturised all day.  As in it working on wrinkle well sure I couldnt really tell you anything about that as im in my prime I dont have wrinkles I have laughing lines hahaha ok in all honesty I wouldnt say it works miracles on wrinkles but the fact it has spf15 in it will surely help prevent your face from sun damage etc that causes wrinkles ;)
I would surely buy this again because of that reason.
Ok I think I will leave it there :) :) If you haven't fallen asleep already :) Let me know what you think of this blog post would you like to see this on a regular basis.  My next blog post will be on Makeup products I have finished.
Is there any of these products you like and use?
Until next time

Garnier Moisture Match Wake Me Up for Dull skin

garnier-moisture-match-new-C9094
Hey my beauties how are you all doing today :)
My review of the day is on the New Garnier Moisture Match Moisturiser which were release early this year :)
Now to be honest When i seen these displayed in my local pharmacy I wanted to buy all of them because of their cute and colourful packaging but to be honest that would be a waste of time as they would not all be suitable for my skin type.
Talking about skin types how many of you out there actually KNOW YOUR OWN SKIN TYPE???
I can be sure that most of you out there do not actually know well i didnt even know up until a few years back and to be honest I along with alot of you out there wasnt exactly strict on the whole moisturise twice a day routine.
I really only started properly looking after my face when I hit 25 because to be honest in my teens and early 20's I was carefree and thought awww what do I need to be using SPF or using eye creams for sure im young.  Well let me tell you know since doing alot of research and listening to alot of people and their experiences I am now teaching my 11 year old that she too needs to look after her skin I have shared with her what i have learned and the results to how your skin will look if you do not look after it and let me tell you now she too has a routine even at 11 and I dont even have to remind her to do so.
My point is YOUR ARE NEVER TOO YOUNG TO START TAKING GOOD CARE OF YOUR SKIN THROUGH HEALTH AND THROUGH THE RIGHT PRODUCTS YOUR USE!!!!!
To be honest since i started been strict with myself i have noticed a change in a good way to my skin and I love it !!!!
Choosing a moisturiser can be hard especially when your skin has certain requirement and this is where Garnier has made it easier by creating 5 different moisturisers for 5 different and more popular skin types
They have made it so so easy for everyone
Shine be gone - is literally for those of you out there who suffer with oily skin
Start AFresh - is for anyone who has normal to dry skin
Protect & Glow - I think everyone should have this and i know I will surely be getting this the next time I am in my pharmacy This has SPF 20 (you should always wear SPF even in the Winter month literally all year round as your skin needs protection from everything)
Goodbye Dry - For dry to very dry skin This too I shall be getting as sometimes my skin can suffer with very dry spells
Wake Me up - For people who just want that extra glow to their skin or find their skin dull
So the one I choose was ................
I am quite happy with my normal moisturiser but there is days I look at my face and realise it need something else it needs an extra oomph.
Each moisturiser costs about 9-10 euro each I got this at its releasing price of 6 euro
you are getting 50mls of product which is a nice amount of product for the price :)
At first I was expecting this to be a cream type moisturiser but in fact it comes in a gel form.
The gel with sort of water based and what I also noticed about the gel is that it has tiny little particles in it which look like glitter (but do not worry its not glitter and you do not notice it when you apply to your face)  I presume the particles is what helps make your skin look revitalised
I have to say one thing you only need a small amount of this to do your whole face and neck.  Even this amount in the photo is way too much.  The gel feels thick but not too thick.  It also feels water based not oily which i love.  The scent is just gorgeous I love the scent of it as its very refreshing.  Some people might not like the strong scent of it but I find it beautiful.
The gel feels really really refreshing on the skin it also feels very cooling which i love especially after ex foliating.
Does it make my skin look Revitalised   It sure does my skin looks and feels like i have just went for some pampering in a spa that's the truth.  It looks fresh, clean and has a beautiful glow that lasts a long long time.  I love using this on my no make-up days and people have actually said to me wow your skin is glowing.  I have also used this under my foundation and it helps give my foundation a dewy finish.  When you do apply it at first it feels like you have applied a mask which means you automatically feel like your face is protected but that mask like feeling doesn't last too long.
I love using this on days I have barely had any sleep because with kiddies you lose out on a load of sleep.  If you are a busy mum this product will be well suitable for you :) for sure :)
This will also be great in the summer when you need that refreshing gel on the hot (well not so hot in Ireland) weather
I will surely be going back to buy the other moisturisers i want to try from this range so watch out for more reviews :)
Have you tried any of the Garnier Moisture Match Range ?
Until next Time
Lots of Love Luck and Laughter

Garnier intensive 7 days sos repair Hand Cream Review

Hey my beauties how are you all doing today :) :)
Wow today is the 3rd day of Summer and its finally sunny and at least warm long may it last
I Have to thank you all for bearing with me waiting on me to get back making videos
I havent made one in 3 weeks and boy do i miss it.
Alot has been happening lately which has got in the way of making them but i will soon be back until then i really hope that my blog posts are keeping you busy :)
I have so so so so much videos to make so many hauls and I have my first official Vlog video planned which will be up early next week hehehehe so keep an eye out for that one i cant wait
So anyway enough with my little update on to my review :) :)
Well now if you are a follower for a while you will know that i suffer alot with dermatitis on my hands.  I explained alot about this in one of my videos but to make it short i only really suffer with it in the Winter, Summer or if i use cleaning products mainly bleach (i am a clean freak lol). When i suffer with it i SUFFER BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So bad my hands feel like sand paper and drives me crazy with catching on clothing or anything....Its sometimes gets that bad my knuckles and between my fingers split little sores which then bleeds its so painful.  Believe me i have tried alot of creams even E45 and it never works it actually drives my hands even more crazy.....Until i got a fantastic cream in one of my glossyboxes and its cost £16 - £20 to buy it was amazing but there is no way i was going to pay that all the time for a hand cream so i went on the hunt again and found this little beauty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Garnier intensive 7 days sos repair Hand Cream
Now when i seen this i thought hhhhmmmmmm would it work for me not only is this a drugstore brand but it only cost 2.28 euro which is extremely cheap.  Plus i never really tried anything from Garnier before.  So i obviously went ahead a got it mainly for the fact it cost so little plus its for Dry - Extra dry hands.
So the minute i got home i started using it as my hands was suffering.......
The cream is a pure white cream and quite thick in consistency so be careful not to squirt out too much as a little goes a long way
While rubbing this into my hand the first thought that came into my head is "oh god this is going to leave an oily residue on my hands" thats how thick and kind of oily it felt and i hate hand creams that leave behind oiliness, but alas it did exactly what it said on the tube Fast absorbing is not the word :) :) my hand felt instantly hydrated and i had a nice dewy look to them rather than a dry sand paper look which i love instantly........not only that my hands did not feel at all oily  :)
The scent is lovely from this cream not overpowering but smells like a mild moisturiser and i love that too.  Even though my hand looked as rough as a builders hand ( no offence to builders out there) but they certainly didnt feel like it which amazed me after one application.  I took the liberty of taking a picture before i started using this hand cream and here it is .........
This photo doesn't even show the full extent of how bad my hands were but it will give you an idea.  Now i am going to show you a picture of my hands a week and a half later which is today :)
Isnt that an amazing difference i find my hands more like womens hands now rather than man hands.  Every time i apply this cream it feels like there is a protective coating on them.  Plus even when i wash up after applying there is still a feel of protectiveness.
I apply this cream on my hand twice to three times a day depending on how much cleaning i do but normally only twice and my hands never felt better :) They are not 100% healed after a week and half but give it another week and my hands will be hands of a model lol :)
Does it do what it claims ??????? 100% i love this cream and Im quite happy to say its one of my favourite products i have bought in April so far !!!!!  I have even gone as far as buying the body lotion to try it out :) :) There will be a review up soon on that :) ;)

So have you tried this cream
What do you think of it :) :)
Until next time my beauties
Lots of Love Luck and Laughter
