W7 In The Buff & In The Nude Natural Nudes Eye Colour Palettes

Hello My Beauties I hope you are all well :)
Today I am sharing with you 2 new palettes I have added to my collection
I am not going to compare these to the famous Naked Palettes but you will get the idea as you see the shades that they are yet another dupe form of them :) :)
I was super excited to see these come into my local pharmacy as I have heard so much about the first palette been so good.  So When I seen the two of them there I just had to grab them.
These palettes cost me €9.95 each but I think in some places the prices vary and I have heard people have paid up to €12 per palette.  Each palette has 12 eyeshadows.

Lets talk a little about the packaging which I have to admit is adorable and so handy.  The eyeshadows come in a tin case which is so reassuring as I know that if I drop it my eyeshadows will be as right as rain :)  Each eyeshadow palette comes in a different shade palette which is also handy as you can tell which is which.   I have to admit its obvious W7 are making dupes out of the Naked 2 & 3 simply by the shade of the other packaging :)

Starting with the first Palette "In The Buff"

Inside the palette you are greeted by a beautiful selection of neutral shades and also a plastic covering to protect you shadows.  Included is a double ended brush which on one end contains a sponge applicator and on the other end an small flat brush which is perfect for packing on eyeshadows :)

This palette as you will see contains 3 mattes and 9 shimmery/satin shades.

So starting with shades
Buff:  This is a very pigmented matte yellow toned shade a perfect base for your look or brow bone shade if you are using alot of shimmer on the lid.
Camel:  This is a nice shimmery gold shade but to be honest I found it less pigmented to Buff.  It is buildable and gives a lovely payoff after building
Sand:  A Lovely champagne near white highlight shade.  This shade is very pigmented with tiny shimmers I love using this as a highlight on the inner tear duct or on the brow bone
Dust:  A Deep shimmery rose gold which is veering towards a coppery gold.  I adore this shade on the lid as it really brings out the green in my eyes.  Hugely pigmented but I have found can be a little chalky so this shade is better patted on the lid for less fall out
Chocolate:  This is another matte shade and as you can see the shade is true to what it looks like in the pan.  A medium brown and a perfect transition shade I also love to use this to blend out harsh lines.  The pigmentation is not a strong as the rest but is again buildable
Topaz:  A Deep shimmery dark brown bronze.  This is hugely pigmented.  You only need a little for this to go a long way.  The only thing I have to say is that it can be a little chalky and you will experience fall out but once your careful there shouldnt be too much mess.
Earth:   A very light golden brown shade quite shimmery but highly pigmented for such a light shade :)
Storm:  A deep shimmer grey with a brown undertone to it.  This is highly pigmented a little goes a long way
Silk:  This is a very pigmented pale pinky silver shade a very unique and stunning colour I have never seen anything like it :)
Wave:  A beautiful Bronze taupe shade with silver shimmers.  This is less pigmented than expected but buildable
Thunder:  I love this shade :)  This is a deep dark brown with a purple undertone.  This is so pigmented and yes there will be fall out but I just love it so much its stunning
Onyz:  A Matte Black and surprise surprise a very pigmented jett black I am so thrilled with this shade :) :)

All swatches are made with no primer underneath :) :) and of course in natural light :)  Click on the photo for a closer look :)

Here is a simple look I created with the palette :)

Last but not Least is the 2nd palette "In The Nude"

I have to admit I prefer the packaging on this pallete over the first one.  Its prettier and I love the rose gold colour on it :)  It actually looks a little more expensive :)
So let me begin by saying that this is my most favourite simply because I love the shades.  Pinks and purples are my most favourite because they work better for my eye colouring.  They have always been my favourite shade and they fact that they are all in one palette make me a happy girl ;)

Stunning Right?!
Well lets begin with
Latte:  A Stunning Matte champagne shade :) a perfect highlight shade or even a perfect lid colour to make you eyes more wide awake :)
Angel:  This shade is absolutely stunning and one of my favourites :)  A stunning baby pink with silver shimmer.  I have to admit you will have glitter fallout from this shade as the glitter is a little chunky but I tend to do my eyes before my face makeup when using this shadow :)
Venice:  A Stunning satin peach pink another great shade and looks stunning on the lid very pigmented and no fall out
Marilyin:  A Matte pinky mauve shade this I have to admit is not very pigmented its very sheer and maybe best used just to blend out harsh lines
Copper Pot:  A stunning shimmery Copper Rose shade I am in love again this shade can be a little chalky and will cause glittery fall out but hugely pigmented
Sun Kissed:  A metallic copper gold shade with a slight hint of rose in there this is stunning and very pigmented
Alice:  A pinky Mauve matte shade very pigmented and blends like a dream.
Bad Manners:  A shimmery medium golden brown with a hint of mauve going through.  The more of this shadow you use the more the mauve shows :) :)
Coffee Cup:  A Deep brown with golden shimmers and also when caught in the light you will see pinky shimmers this is a stunning shade and very very pigmented
Mud Slide:  A Satin Taupe with a slight greyish finish this is less pigmented than I thought but build able
Tokyo:  A Deeper Taupe with more of a grey effect this has very little shimmer going through it and alot more pigmented that Mud Slide.  A little goes a long way with this baby
Fashionista:  A very deep blackened browny/purple I say this because it looks purple in the palette yet I get more of a dark brown with a hint of purple when I swatch it.  .  This shade has red shimmer going through.  A lovely shadow to use but has fallout and can be mess as its a dark one so eye makeup before the face make-up I would advise
All swatches made with no primer underneath

This is a simple day time romantic look I created using this palette You see how the 2nd shade in this palette brings out the green in my eye This is why I love that shade so much :) :)

Overall The pigmentation is pretty good for the price of the palettes.  I have to say there is alot more fallout from these palettes than some cheaper palettes I have used.  I have to say the 2nd palette is my favourite out of the two as the colours are warm romantic and alot more fun.  The lasting power is great on these once you use a primer you will find they will last all day long
I have some better news for you all.
If you like what you see I have found a website that sells these palettes for an even more affordable price.  Cara Pharmacy Website are selling these for only €6 each Happy days :) :)  W7 is also coming out with a new palette in which I can not wait to get my hands on and will surely be grabbing the moment its available, its looks so beautiful.  Clue: its called " In The Night"  I will let your imaginations take over now :) ;) Until I get my hands on it and do a review of course ;)
I hope you all enjoyed this review and I just want to add that I finally got my hands on a brand new laptop so you will now see plenty of posts for me again from now on xxxxx

Hello my gorgeous readers :) As you have probably guessed by my title I am looking for a huge favour from you all
I have been nominated in the Best Blog Post Category for the Irish Blog Awards and I first want to thank whoever you all are for making this happen :)

It means so so much to me for been nominated in the first place and even if I dont get any further than this, I am still over the moon that you took the time to even add me to the list.  As there is so many talented bloggers out there its going to be so difficult for the judges to choose a winner

Of course you the public get your say by voting who you think should make the top ten in which the judges have to choose who will make first for this year.  In my eyes everyone is a winner as I know how much work goes into blogging :)   Of course us bloggers do not notice most of the time how much work it is as we enjoy it so much and it means so much to us when we know you enjoy what we write :)

What I need you all to do (if you think my post is worth the votes) is to Click this link Click Nina's Bargain Beauty and click VOTE at the bottom of the page.  It literally takes a few seconds and it will mean more to me than you will ever know :)

New Summer Launch from Blank Canvas Cosmetics

Hello My beauties I hope you are all well :)
Today I am going to share with you some of Blank Canvas Cosmetics Latest New Releases in one Blog post.  Reason for that is because hey lets not beat about the bush I absolutely love and adore Blank Canvas and their products.  To be honest from the moment I starting getting Products from their website I have never once been disappointed.  Top quality products and brushes for such affordable prices.  When I hear of new products coming our way I cant contain myself I just have to get all.
So today I will show you what new and what my favourites are out off all :) :)
First up of course is the New Brush Clutch :)

The newly launched Bc Brush Clutch is ideal for storing your brush collection.  Contains 10 large brush slots , enough to hold 10 large face brushes /or approx 20 eye brushes/a combination of both.
The Brush Clutch is made of a soft plush faux leather.  It can be easily transported, ideal for travel. Also, can hold eye/lip pencils.
This love case will only cost you €22.99 and to be honest with the quality been so strong its so worth it.  I love the feel of this case as its soft leather.  Not only that but if you have any spillage of makeup on the case its so easy to clean.  I for one like using this for my double ended brushes as its hard to store them any other way without squashing one end.  I also love how slim this is meaning you can even fit this in your biggest handbag I for one can vouch for that one :).
The Next New Product is The Large and Small R20 Flat Buffer aka The Large and Small Retractable version of the Famous F20
You all know my favourite brush to apply liquid and cream foundations is my F20 brushes I use them every single day.  I also use them to apply my translucent powder to set my makeup and sometimes bringing my F20 in my handbag can be annoying as it can be too big or it can get destroyed and of course Blank Canvas Cosmetics been run by wonderful women have fixed that problem with us.  They have now made our favourite F20 into a Large and Small Retractable brush.
There is nothing really different between the two apart from the the length.  The brush itself is the same size as you will see below
What I love about these is that they are handbag friendly and even if you use a liquid foundation and want to freshen it up later that day the brush is not going to mess up you bag as you can simply place the lid back over the brush.  Its so hygienic.  These are also great for your powder when you need to freshen up later in the day too.  Brilliant idea once again :)   The Large retractable brush costs €14.00 and the Small costs €13.99.  They also come in pink LOVE IT.
Next up is The New F42 Large Contour/Powder Brush
This brush sort of reminded me of another brush I own which is the F16 Large tapered contour/powder brush only this has synthetic fibres which means you can use this with both powdered and cream products :) :)  This is a brilliant multi-purpose brush.  Perfect for contouring, for applying blush for applying powder all over the face.  I love how soft this brush is and how easy this is to clean.

This brush is only €14.99 and worth every last cent :)

Next up is The F40 Small Tapered Contour Brush
This brush is the BOMB!!!!!!

This brush is the perfect Sculpting, contouring , highlight and blending brush.  Not only that but you can use this with liquid creams and powders as it has Synthetic Fibres :)   I love how well this fits around my face for the perfect contoured finish.  Now you all know how much I adore the new f30 for contouring I literally use it everyday with my powder contouring kit but if I want to use cream contour I have this little beauty to do the job nicely

Its the perfect size brush to get the areas you want.  The tip allows you to have the control you want.  I also love to use this to apply highlight to my cheek bones its the perfect fit for any sized face.  I highly recommend this for sure
Costing only €13.99 I will surely be grabbing another for my kit

Lastly is The E42 Pointed Socket Blending Brush

Oh boy oh boy I love this brush !!! If you dont know already my main love when it comes to makeup is eyes and of course you need the right brushes to achieve the best eye makeup looks you want.  This is one brush I love love love.  The Pointed Socket Blending brush works amazing on every eye shape.  At the moment the cut crease look is in and what better way to achieve that than with the help of the E42 :)

Weither you have small eyes, large eyes or even hooded eyes this little beauty is going to work on any eye.   If you do not have a crease and need to create one this too will help you do that :) Definately worth €6.99 Another one is added to my wishlist for sure :) Of course you dont have to only use this for the eyes.  I have used this to highlight the tops of my cheek bones, To set my concealer under the eyes this too is the perfect multi-purpose brush suitable for those hard to reach places :)

So There you have it Blank Canvas Cosmetics Latest New Releases and this is not all of them so if you are curious to find out what else is on offer check out their website as I have also added more to my wishlist to try out :) :)
I hope you enjoyed this post and let me know if you have tried any new items from BCC :)

Makeup Revolution Redemption Iconic 2 & 3 Palette Review

Hey Beauties again apologies for the lack of posts I have to wait yet another week for my new laptop which is not my fault but the companies grrrrrrr.  I have so much stuff to share with you its not even right but as soon as I get the laptop I will be booming with posts for you all.
Today I am going to share with you my review on the Makeup Revolution Iconic 2 & 3 Palettes together :)  You may remember me sharing my thoughts on the Iconic 1 which was the exact match to the Urban Decay Naked Palette 1 To refresh your memories check out my post here.
Iconic 2 & 3 is supposed to be the exact dupe of the Naked Palette 2 & 3 but unfortunately I can not do a comparison post on either as I dont own The Naked palette 2 & 3.  I can however share with you my thoughts on them and also show you my swatches :) :)

Each Palette costs only £4 which If you were to buy the 3 together would only be a 1/3 of the price of 1 Naked Palette.  Each palette contains 12 shadows the exact same as the Naked Palettes.  Each palette comes with a sponged tipped applicator.
So let me show you the 2nd palette :)
The Iconic 2
I often wondered why the Naked Palette 2 was less spoken about (correct me if I am wrong) but to me it wasn't as popular as the Naked 1 & 3.  Well to be honest if this is the exact dupe to the NP2 I wouldnt be rushing out there to get the real deal and thats for sure.  Not that I do not like it I do but its not as exciting as the 1 & 3 and I do see now why its not as hyped.
I have to admit I am very impressed with the shadows in this palette.  This palette comes with 4 matte shades which I know I am very pleased with as its great to see matte shades amongst shimmers.  It saves so much time have all in one :)
These shades are more cool toned shades unlike the Iconic 1 which is more warm toned.

So lets talk shades :)
1st shade:  Is the perfect matte highlight, A nice peach and quite pigmented for a light shade
2nd shade:  This is a lovely satin peach perfect for the lid this is very pigmented also and a little goes a long way
3rd Shade:  This is another champagne but with more of a satin finish.  This is alot more pigmented than the first and is perfect for that shimmer looking highlight or even on the lid for that wide eyed look :) :)
4th shade:  This is a stunning copper gold again with a satin finish and again very pigmented
5th shade:  Is another matte.  This is a taupe shade and perfect for blending I have to admit this isnt as pigmented as the rest of the shades but you can still make it work
6th shade:  A fabulous Bronze Brown with a satin/metallic finish oh my gosh this is highly pigmented you really only need a tiny amount to achieve a look :) Be warned though this shade will give a little fall out as it doesnt seem as compressed as the rest of the shades so use the brush with a light hand
7th Shade:  This is another shade I have found very chalky so use with a light hand.  This is a stunning shade and perfect for the lid.  Even though it looks a little darker in the pan than what it looks like on the eye.  This is yet another champagne shade but gives more of a golden champagne finish this too has a slight metallic finish
8th shade:  This shade is a light gunmetal veering towards a silver.  A metallic finish and very pigmented.
9th shade:  A cool toned champagne shade with a metallic finish a perfect on its own shade for days you need to look more awake
10th shade:  My favourite shade of all a rose gold I absolutely love this on the lid as it really makes my hazel eyes pop.  Hugely pigmented and has a slight metallic finish to it amazing !!!!
11th shade:  This next shade is stunning its a deep brown it hints of purple going through it and also has hints of gold.  When swatched its very unique.  This has a satin finish and is very pigmented
12th shade:  This is the last matte shade and I was really hoping it would be a nice one but unfortunately I am not happy with this one.  Not only is it not the blackest of black its also very hard to work with.  At first when swatching with my fingers I got a nice bit of pigmentation but When swatching with a brush I barely got any on the bristles i even had to go to the stage of scrapping it with the bottom of the brush to break up the shadow a little its just too compacted in the pan :(

This picture was taken in normal light with no primer underneath
Dupe or not this palette is well worth adding to your neutral palettes.  Not only is it very pigmented, the shadows are very easy to blend.  I have seen swatches of the Naked 2 and to be honest looking at this I am sure its a great match.  For the price you can go wrong :) This is a look I did with this palette and you will see yourself the shades are so vibrant all I used for a base was concealer :)

Next up is The Iconic 3 Palette

Now since the Naked Palette 3 came out I wanted to get my hands on it after all it contains alot of pinks and purples which I absolutely love and adore :)  To be honest since it came out its been hard to raise the funds and I soon was starting to think I would never get my hands on it.  Thanks to Makeup Revolution I may well and truly got my hands on it only in a much affordable price :)   I know for a fact that this palette matches up to the NP3 as I have been keep my eye on comparison posts and judging by the swatches i am quite happy to stick to this palette rather than part with the big buck :)

The shades look stunning in the pan dont they :) :)
1st shade:  This is a simple matte cream highlight brilliant for the brow bone, inner corner or even for blending this is less pigmented than I thought it would be but buildable
2nd shade:  Now this shade I am in love it :)  Its a beautiful Metallic pale pink shade with shimmer I have to admit the shimmer is chunky but its works :) I love this all over the lid as it makes my hazel eyes pop.
3rd shade:  Another perfect highlight/lid shade this would be some what like the 2nd shade only a shade darker and no shimmer :)
4th shade:  Another matte shade this time a perfect blending out shade or a perfect shade for the crease for a daytime look.  This pinky beige is very pigmented and so easy to work with
5th shade:  In LOVE with this stunning rose gold shade and boy oh boy the green in my hazel eyes I find are drawn out while wearing this shade on the lid love it !!!!
6th shade:  Copper gold as you have never seen before the pigmentation from this beauty is amazing and you need very little to achieve your look
7th shade:  This is the perfect transition shade a matte medium brown with a soft hint of purple in it I love using this with my pinks and its highly pigmented
8th shade:  A light bronzed brown I love a little less pigmented but is buildable
9th shade:  A Deep and Pigmented brown with a golden hint through it :) wow is my word
10th shade:  A very very deep taupe which can also give the illusion of a grey finish amazing shade and amazing pigmented
11th shade:  A much deep darker taupe hugely pigmented and very easy to work it and also to blend out.  This has a satin finish
12th shade:  Oh my gosh one of my favourites for sure.  In the pan you think you are getting a deep purple with red shimmers but no you are getting a a deep brown almost black shade with burgundy shimmer leaving you with a blackened burgundy shade the more you build it up.  Highly pigmented and is a little chalky but stunning

Ok do I shouldnt have to tell you but I will....... These swatches are made with no primer underneath.  Yes I know FABULOUS right :) :) here is a look I created with this palette

Need I say more about these palettes :) They are full on amazing especially for the price and the pigmentation is shocking.  I do use these with primer as its just habit that I have something on my lid before doing any make-up look sometimes I just put concealer on my lids.  I find the they eye shadows lasted all day long on me.
Have you tried these eye shadows yet?
What's your thoughts on them :)
Until Next time
Lots of Love Luck and Laughter
