i got this kit on the e.l.f uk site   during their 50% sale its original price is £10/€11.50 and i was getting it for half price so i couldnt turn it away i had to see what it was like :) :) the one thing i have to say is that i havent really heard much reviews about this one....I dont know if its because its one of the dearest on the site or what but it looks like many people havent bought it....so this made me even more curious :) Oh the excitement when i got this was crrrraaaazzzzzyyyyy!!!!

The Packaging !!

Ok ill start with the Canvas Bag this is a lovely black spongy type bag its perfect for travelling even with the mineral glow and brush in it, there is plenty of room for other make-up products i love it.  It would kind of be the same size as the Wristlet Bag you can get for £5 on its own ......The Kabuki brush is ok dont get me wrong its a good big sized brush.  Its the Body Kabuki brush  which on its own costs £5.  I just find its a wee bit on the Rough side and shed a little even before i used it also shed a wee bit after i washed it but what big brush doesnt....i will use this but wouldnt be my favourite I think my next aim is to try the Studio Kabuki Brush :) it looks so so soft.......The Bronzed Mineral Glow  Powder would cost you £5/$8 on its own you get  (0.35oz (9.92g)) size pot which is a great sized pot.......

The Product :)

When i opened this and seen the size of the package i thought "Wow this is gonna last me a while" and sure it will!!!!!! :)  I have tried alot of bronzers in the past and alot of them to suit my skin tone this is definately on i wouldnt get away with wearing unless i wore a full coverage darker than my skin tone foundation......i mean dont get me wrong this bronzer is fantastic but it is quite dark!!!!! It would be great if e.l.f made a light, medium and then dark Bronzed Mineral Glow Kit as alot of people wouldnt like this if they are extremely fair..........This is definately new going out the a nightclub bronzer for sure as i wouldnt wear this during the day.....The powder itself is sooooo smooth and silky it feels incredible against my skin.......applying it is unreal but you literally only need the tiniest amount to do the areas you want bronzed, the pigmentation is unreal as you will see by my pictures below.......It doesnt give you that fake orangey look some bronzers give you .......in fact it gives you a beautiful glow with the smallest amount of shimmer......i love the idea that this is doing nothing but good to your face just take a look at the ingredients to see:  

Ingredients: Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Boron Nitride, Caprylyl Glycol, Tocopheryl Acetate.  May Contain: Bismuth Oxychloride (CI 77163),  Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI77499), Maganese Violet (CI77742), Ultramarines (CI77707). Titanium Dioxide is a key ingredient because of its ability to provide sun protection to the skin. The Mica imparts a soft focus effect that creates a natural, healthy, and youthful glow that instantly fills facial lines to reduce the appearance of wrinkles. These powders are absorbed into the skin and help control the effects of oily skin, for a shine-free, matte glow that visibly smoothes the skin and refines its texture. Swatches  This picture was taken in normal light and i have to add all i done was a slight finger swatch a rubbed it into the inside of my arm  Taken with Flash of camera as you can see there is only the slightest shimmer in it  My over all opinion  I like this and glad i bought it.....i can be fair skinned in the winter so this would only do me when i go out as i said above it is quite dark....but in the summer when i have a tan its great without foundation on and gives you the perfect sunkissed glow......Its definitely worth buying the kit as if you were to buy this all separate it would cost your £15 whereas the kit costs £10 so your saving a good bit :) :) well that's it from me  until next time  Cya Soon  Nina Carry  xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox

Catrice Photo Finish Liquid Foundation 18hr Review

Before i bought this foundation i have to admit i never heard of Catrice Cosmetics before even tough i heard afterwards it has been out for quite some time.....but it only arrived in my local drugstore a few weeks ago and when our local makeup artist Sarah Butcher informed me it had arrived i just had to have a look.......I purchased this foundation for only €6.49 so you can imagine i was sceptic about it because of it been so cheap!!!!!!

The Packaging

First of all you are getting 30mls for your money which is a great amount of product......You are getting a round frosted glass bottle with a clear cap and a nice easy to use pump....I find it most hygienic when foundations comes in a pump and much prefer it that way....When you see this bottle there is in no way you can tell that you have only paid €6.49 for it, as it looks more expensive than even the top brand foundations out there.. one other great thing about Catrice foundation packaging is that you get a different type bottle for their different type foundations so you wont be confused or pick up the wrong one.....also the writing on the packaging doesn't look cheap either its the type of writing that wont wear off after a while i love that

The Product  

I got this in the lightest shades which is "Sand Beige".  This is a neutral shade with slight yellow undertone to it.  Now let me warn you quite alot of product comes out of the pump so be careful you dont use too much as i have to say a little goes a long long way......this comes out of the pump fairly light (as you will see in picture 1 above) and as you blend it in it gets a little darker (picture 2) and finally when you have it completely blended out it gives you that nice tanned shade.....now i have to say for this been the lightest shade available i would say anyone who is very very fair might find this a little dark for everyday wear but for me this is a perfect shade for me for everyday.......

This has a nice thick creamy constancy not too thick but as i said a little will go a long way......i do find a weird light per fumy scent to it while applying it....its doesn't really appeal to me but it is light and some how disappears after a while.  The most weirdest thing about this foundation well i wouldnt call it weird i would call it genius but after applying this foundation to your face you will notice that after about 10 minutes it looks darker than when you applied it not much but a little ( its like it is working on your skin tone) my sister has the same shade and she is alot paler than me but the same thing happens and yet both finishes are a different shade it works for her and it works for me.....I hope that makes sense lol im just excited about this.....

This is a before and after picture of me after using Catrice photo finish foundation .....i have no concealer or powder over it :) 

In the photo above i only used a very small amount to my face....i applied this with my fingers i like to warm up the product before applying as it applies better for me but if i was using it on someone i would use a blending sponge.....The finish is a beautiful radiant flawless looking.....It definitely give medium coverage...oh the feel of this on your skin is fantastic girls it feels like silk against your skin......i mean it doesn't feel like a foundation in fact you feel like your not wearing anything at all on your face......my face feels moisturised and smooth and also hides away my enlarged pores.....

I put this foundation to a humidity, sweat test as i wore this on a very hot clammy day and i have to say it never budged one little bit....when i dabbed my forehead with a tissue due to heat no foundation was visible on the tissue.....I cant say it will last 18 hours but i does last up to 8 hours before it starts to fade away a little....but while it starts faded it doesnt blotch....

This foundation is definitely 100% my top foundation for now im super impressed and amazed by how good this is i love it and highly recommended it to you all to try.....

e.l.f Luscious Lipstick Full collection Review

Hey all you gorgeous people out there here is yet another review on my complete collection of e.l.f's Luscious Lipsticks available from eyeslipsface.co.uk/eyeslipsface.com for £1.50/$1/€1.70 each.......Now some of you are probably thinking when you see these and see the e.l.f Hypershine Lipglosses  that it doesnt look like there is much difference between the two but let me tell you there is please read on to learn more about them.....

The packaging

As you can see the Luscious Lipsticks are not a whole lot different to the Hypershine Lipglosses.  Its has the same clear tube that you can see the shades.  It also has the same twist click pen that you again have to twist about 10-15 time before you get any product out.  The only difference with this packaging is the sponge tip in which i much prefer as it makes it so much easier to apply the lipstick and there is no mess job whatsoever.  I know there is still the issue with hygiene but once you are the only person using it who needs to worry plus you can alway spritz it with a bit of sanitizer.

The Shades 

Brownie Points:  This is a beautiful reddish brown with a golden undertone.....in the tube and swatch it looks darker than when applied on the lips but it still gives a lovely neutral payoff to your lips

Cherry Tart:  This is a beautiful cherry-red not too strong but looks fantastic on the lips 

Pink Lemonade:  This is a rosy pink with goldy shimmer....it adds beauty to your lips its fantastic on a nude lip or over e.l.fs mineral lipstick "Natural Nymph".....i love it 

Bark:  This is a sheer nude gloss more than a lippie even tho its more of a gloss it gives your lips the MLBB look :) 

Strawberry:  This is one of the newer shades available.....This is a lovely sheer rosy/red shade.....you have to layer it before you get a nice swatch on your lips...this again is the type of shade for one who are trying to get used to wearing red lippies :) its pretty i like it 

Candy Caramel:  I have to say when i seen this on the site and in the tube i thought oh no not going to be a colour for me now im thinking why didnt i get this sooner...This is a nice beige nude shade with a nice bit of shimmer......this looks caramely on the lips .....i love this shade its perfect to wear with a smokey eye look.

Maple Sugar:   This is a lovely neutral shade with a pinky undertone to it this is also pretty with a smokey eye look or just on its own or even over a nice lippie :)

Baby lips:  This is a pretty baby pink lippie is more of a sheer gloss......This is almost transparent....makes the lips look really pretty and plumper :) i love this one :)

Perfect Pink:   This one isnt highly pigmented at all in fact you would mistake this on as a gloss not a lipstick,  it gives you a very sheer very light pink payoff .....it is lovely over your favourite pink lippie 

Raspberry:  This ones another new one to the pack....:) your getting a sheer berry pink and nicely pigmented and noticeable on the lip i love this shade its so pretty on its own and has a slight shimmer to it 

Ruby Slipper:  This is a fabulous dark reddish pinky shade with a little shimmer thats not OTT.....its highly pigmented so a little goes a long long way this even looks beautiful with a dark smokey eye look.....and would definately suit all skintones :) 

My overall opinion 

To be honest i much prefer these to the Hypershine lipglosses.  At first i was thinking they were going to be near enough the same.....But they are by far completely different....the pigmentation from these are more......i love the sponge tip applicator it allows you to get the lippie on so even......I love love love them.....For the price you really are getting what you paid for and more.....But in my opinion these are more of a very pigmented gloss than a lipstick....they apply like a gloss, they look like a gloss, they feel like a gloss and they wear like a gloss......most of the shades are sheer but some have a bit of shimmer to them.....

They have a scent and taste of spearmint and give a cooling sensation to the lip....not too much tough and the taste wears off after about 10 minutes.....i really love these and will surely purchase them again no doubt

e.l.f Hypershine Lipgloss complete collection Review

Im missing one in this photo i forgot to add it in as it as in my handbag lol .  apart from the one thats missing which you will see further on, this is the complete set available on the e.l.f site :)

I was curious what all the "hype"(ye get it HYPE) ( lol hahahaha awwwww man i need to get out more) was about these "Hypershine Glosses".  There has been many many great reviews about these some not so good but more to the point i needed to know for myself......so e.l.f had a 50% off deal going on their site www.eyeslipsface.co.uk   and as these glosses cost £1.50 at half price i went ahead and got them all.

Packaging

First of all i will talk a  little about the packaging,  now the gloss surely doesnt look like you have paid more than what you have paid for the gloss but i dont mind......its perfect for if you have a good few different shades you can see easily which shade is what.....you get a brush applicator which some people dont like because it can pick up bacteria easily but i spray it with a sanitizer spray and its fine but personally i fine using that brush in particular a bit messy so i just take a bit on my finger and work with it that way......and lastly you get a twist click pen in which you have to twist about 10-15 times before you get any product onto the brush ....

The shades

Bubble Gum:   This is a beautiful baby pink gloss with no shimmer,  on the swatch you can see the baby pink but on the lip its almost a clear gloss this is perfect for everyday wear or over your fav lippie....

Mauve:  This is also an everyday sort of gloss it gives off a very light neutral shade on the lips.  I wear this over any light brown lippies and it brightens and brings the shade up more.  Or this is a perfect MLBB shade on its own...

Joy:  Again on the Swatch this shade looks to be a pinky-light purple shade with a goldy shimmer but on the lips it looks almost clear only with that goldy shimmer dont get me wrong its lovely on the lip but a wee bit more pigmentation wouldnt go a miss  

Vixen:  Now we are seeing a bit of pigmentation.....this shade is perfect for us pale Irish gals who dont often wear the deep red shade on our lips......This is such a pretty shade of red its not too strong but noticeable :)  This also puts a beautiful finish over a good red lippy on a night out for me 

Sugar Plum:  This on is a dark purpley shade with goldy shimmer not too pigmented and does compliment your lips....

Flirt:  This is a beautiful Peachy shade with a tad of shimmer which isnt noticeable on the lip.....this is very sheer but compliments the lips and in some way makes your lips look a slight bit plumper 

Honey:  This is a lovely medium brown with goldy shimmer, this is another of my favs......its noticeable on the lip too which i love perfect on its own 

Fairy:  This is a lovely transparent gloss with a pinky pearl finish,  this too makes the lips look plumper and i love this one 

Berry Cherry:  This is definitely a cherry brown shade and nicely pigmented is definately noticeable on the lip i love this one also this is fab on its own.....

Cloud Nine:  This is a white transparent gloss.......it goes on quite thick and doesn't really do alot for your lips this would be bottom on my lips 

Blossom:  This is nearly the same shade as flirt only lighter......its wears beautifully and perfect for brightening up your lippies.....

My overall Opinion 

Ok as you may have noticed by the photos some of them look as if im wearing a clear gloss....which is what i find a wee bit frustrating but if you are planning to buy any and want it noticable on your lips i do suggest going for the darker shades as they have the most pigmentation......but these are glosses after all i just dont see why there is so many made that end up looking the same when on the lips....

Another fault i suppose i would find with these is the fact you have to twist them so many times at the start before you get any product out which then makes it look like you only have half the lipgloss than what you had before using it but again you can complain as it was only £1.50/$1 to buy....

These glosses are a little sticky but not alot they are super sheer and look fab on the lips as in how long they last id say roughly 2 hours at a time so keep in mind to have these babies with you for reapplying.....they smell a little like candy but again the scent doesnt last too long so for some of you out there that dont like that sweet scent dont worry its not that strong but a bit better than no scent at all eh?  

Another good thing about these are when they dry up they simply disappear off the lip not like some glosses that dry into the lip and leave that whiteish embarrassing line on your lip that feels discusting....so you can feel perfect comfortable about wearing these and not worry about checking yourself in the mirror every half hour :) 

So over all i give these glosses 5/10

Tarte Amazonian Clay Smart Mascara Review

Now with the Brilliant Experience i had with the Tarte Amazonian Clay Shimmering Powder From Brands Direct......Click here for my review on that.   I just had to sample another product from Tarte and what better place to shop for cheap prices than Brands Direct for low prices on higher Brands......

Packaging:
Ok i know its not all about the Packaging its more on the product....but i have to talk a little about the packaging haha.....because im a girl who cant really afford to Spurge on top brand make-up i was super hyped about the packaging of this mascara....im soooooo used to either plan black packaging ect. but with Tarte's packaging they really did go all out......Now of course you are probably thinking that you are paying for the packaging so....well in most cases we usually do just pay for the packaging but i have to say not with this brand no way....like think about how much you pay for the like of say Mac's mascara which is a simply black plastic tube!!!! well this is roughly the same price as the Mac Mascara but this brand looks alot more expensive believe me and works amazing.........

Unusual isnt it!!!! but i love it :) and thats not fake wood no thats real wood......i love it....i love how Tarte takes their time and effort to make their products look so fancy with fancy detail and not charge extra for that....BRILLIANT!!!!!!!
Now enough about the packaging and more about the mascara.......

I Say 
At first when i saw the brush it didnt look anything too special well not compared to the package......but when i applied this mascara i was in utter shock!!!!!!! I mean my lashes are not exactly short but they do need filling out.....when i applied this not only was my lashes nearly double in length but they were curled and still super silky and soft!!!!!!
 I have tried alot of mascaras that have left my lashes either looking like i only have a few lashes or you lashes feel so weighed down that you look like you havent slept in years.....well not this mascara Girls applying this is so easy and the finish after even one application looks so professional.......
The best thing i love about this is no matter how much you build this up it still doesnt clump or look gloopy and with the ingredients in it leaves you with healthy conditioned lashes......so you dont feel bad for wearing this.  Plus what amazes me even more is even tough this is  not a waterproof mascara, it doesnt smudge or budge even if you cry believe me i know as i cried watching a movie with it on lol .......THIS IS IN NO DOUBT MY NEW BFF.......

As you can see the huge difference and this is just 1 good application :) AMAZING!!!!!! Click on the picture for a closer look

Fusion Beauty Lipfusion color shine Review

Im sure alot of you know about Fusion Beauty after all Kim Kardashian is one huge fan of the product and company but let me give you a little insite on the company and then what im reviewing 

Have you every wondered what she wears on her lips?  Her lips always always looks fantastic, full & glossy.  She has stated she has never ever had any work done on then so how does she keep the so full looking??? Fusion Beauty Lip Fusion thats how ans i will post a video link on the bottom of this review with her sharing that but enough about Kim for Now and back to my review about this fantastic product......

Ok about 1 year ago i got my hands on a sample size Lip Fusion Lip Plump which at that time was the only one available now to buy the Full size its $48......here is the pictures of that one on my lips.....

Now you can imagine my disappointment when this sample ran out :( .  As this is so expensive i really couldnt afford to buy another.............1 year later to my surprise i come across an updated Lip fusion Colour shine on Brands Direct for only €20  i was amazed they sold this for this price i was literally jumping around in my seat :) 

Lip Fusion Lip Plump Color Shine

This is in the Shade "Kiss" 

Looking at it at first i thought WOW this is extremely pink lol....... baby baby pink isnt even the word my first impressions was oh no with my pale skin this isnt going to work....WRONG.....Trust me it isnt as pink on the lips as it is in the tube.......but doesnt the tube of gloss look fab!!!!   One of the great things about this gloss is the little mirror on the applicator handy for times you are not near one to apply some on those fab lips :)

"Kiss" is a fantastic baby pink shade with finely milled Golden shimmer Particles....They work fantastic together oh my god girls its just incredible on the lip and even before the collagen starts to work your lips already look more plumb because it's super-glossy & wet looking on the lip.........you are also getting a lovely light orange scent from it which i love.......

Now i know alot of people dont like the tingling/burning/numbing feeling you normally get from lip plumping glosses....but let me reassure you that you bearly feel this on you lips with Lip Fusion.....yes you do feel a little of course if you didnt you certainly wouldnt believe that it is working but you can bear it........ see with other plumping glosses there is menthol, cinnamon or irritants that cause the lips mucous membranes to swell temporarily which can cause redness and even burn your lips,  but with LipFusions active collagen makes the lips plump more naturally without irritation.... 

Swatch of "Kiss" on my lips this gloss has surely filled in any lines on my lips making my lips look smoother and a small bit fuller 

In person this gloss looks absolutely AMAZING my lips feel so moist.....It doesnt feel overly thick but you will notice my feel and vision it on you....its not sticky......it justs feels so so good.........when i look in the mirror i feel like i have lips like some film star :) :) I love it :)


I am so glad Brands Direct has started selling this....like they are selling it at the minute at 43% off for €20/$27 which is extremely cheap because its normally selling everywhere for nearly double the price......Click here to take a look yourself at the price and they also offer different shades :) 


Everyone out there need to slurge on something....and if you are looking for the right lip plumping gloss thats not going to effect you in any other way only to do what its supposed to do well then this is the right product for you.......I love it and will buy again !!!!!
