Essence Circus Circus T E Nail Polish Review

Well as you would have noticed I have taken into a fit of buying Essence Makeup after i got my first every Haul from the Beautiful Dyna.  It came to my town which is a good thing for everyone but bad thing for me lol as i will be haunting the stall.  Anyways while i was buying my bits and bobs from the Essences stand i came across a Limited Edition selection on it called Essence TE Circus Circus.
Well alot of people have told me they are not fond of limited edition items because they are afraid that if they like something they wont be able to get it again which is totally understandable but me i HAVE to try Limited Edition items hehe i dont know why that just me.
Anyways there wasnt much left on this section so i grabbed a couple of items that stood out to me the first two items where of course these Nail Polishes :)
Seeminly there was 4 different shade but there was only two shades left on the stall.

These nail polishes look amazing in their package.  I have never seen anything like it before.  To be honest when i first saw them i never imagined they were a nail polish i mistook them for a gloss or something.  You are getting two ends which contain two different types and both contain 4g of product each.  So for 8g altogether €2.85 or near enough is nothing for what you are getting.  you have basically 3 different looks in one tube.  The brushes of these nail polishes are all the same.  The brush is small and thin which makes applying very easy.
01 My Sparkling Acrobat

This is my favourite out of the two.  You are getting a plain black nail polish on one side and a gold glitter polish on the other.  When i applied the black side first i was pleasantly surprised of good it was.  So good you could actually get away with one coat of this but i applied two.  There is not shimmer whatsoever on the black side and gives a slight glossy finish.  Then applying the gold glitter on top automatically had me in awwwwwww.  The two polishes work and look well together.  The glitter side was a little thicker so took longer to dry but i didnt have to wait too long.  The glitter contains both chunky square and round glitter but looks amazing on the nail.  I love this and looks even better with a top coat over it.  I got alot of compliments wearing this.

This polish lastest well over a week on my nails before it started to chip.  Impressive for the price i have to say.  The only fault i have with this one its a nightmare to take off unless you have an extremely good nail polish remover.  The polish was fine to take off but the the glitter remained on my nails it took me a while to try and get all the glitter off.  So i will be leaving this nail polish for special occasions.

03 Applause Applause

As you can see on one side you are getting a red and on the other you are getting a chunky glitter nail polish.  The red is very bright and beautiful.  you would need two coats of this to make it look the red you see in the tube.  Personally i didnt think the red glitter on red polish would be as exciting as the black and gold.  I was wrong its look great.  Ok maybe not as great as the first one but its very pretty.

They best thing about these nail polishes is that you can wear the solid shade on its own, wear it with the glitter or the glitter on its own over some clear gloss.  You can actually do alot of different styles with these which make it all more exciting.  The only thing i noticed with wearing the solid shades on their own is they chip quicker for some apparent reason but with the glitter over it they last well over a week.

Overall i am impressed by these nail polishes.  They are perfect for that special occasion.  I wouldnt be pushed about wearing these on an everyday basis because of the fact they are hard to take off when you have the glitter over it and it cant be good for your nails.  Unless you have an absolutely amazing nail polish remover the will literally take it off in one swipe.  The price of these are well well worth it and im glad i have them in my collection.

Have you tried these yet?
Hope you enjoyed my review

Essence Bronzing Compact Powder Matt Review

Essence state:  the bronzing powder is perfect for those who prefer a bronzed matte finish. it gives the face a subtle tanned look, for sun-kissed skin all year round!

A good bronzing powder is hard to find.  Especially if you are looking for a natural look one that is not going to make you look like you were dipped in carrot juice lol ok ok im exaggerating a little but you know what i mean.  I like a good bronzer for everyday wear that make me look naturally tanned or for contouring lightly without making it obvious but a cheap one is always hard to find for sure.  I have bought many cheap bronzers that either end up having shimmer or give an orange payoff or even has a reddish undertone but not one that actually look NATURAL.

This is why i was completely shocked when i got Essence Bronzing Compact Powder and i shall tell you why!

Well first of all this little compact contains 10g of product and only costs €3.49.  There are two different types of these there is 01 which is the shimmery one and then there is no 2 which is the Matte one.  The Packaging is fairly good for such a cheap bronzer nothing special but it good enough.  This product also last for 24 months after opening which is also great for a cheaper brand.
Now the first thing i have to say is look at the design of this isnt it cute i love it.
Now onto the bronzer itself.  I can safely say that this is the safest bronzer to use all year round.  Its actually ticked all my boxes.  I love the fact that this bronzer is 100% natural looking.  There is not really orange undertone to it and its so so easy to use.  This is perfect for anyone with fair to medium skin tone.   Its actually not overly pigmented when you swirl your brush around it but thats what i love, i love the fact you can build up the colour.  Which is exactly what you can do with this bronzing powder.
Swatches taken in daylight and this is two layers
Another thing i love about this bronzing powder is that it doesnt make you look dirty.  The lasting power on the other hand is not brilliant it certainly doesnt last a 12 hours shift so make sure to have this in your bag for a touch up if you are out of the house all day but it does last a good half day i mean a good 5 to 6 hours before you do start noticing it fading but to be honest any powder product needs a little touch up thoughout the day especially if its rubbed off for some particular reason and there is many reasons :)

So overall i am very pleased with this product for the price and the fact it gives me a natural looking tanned complexion it does exact what it says it does all for as little as €3.49.
You wont be disappointed with this especially if you are fair to medium skin tone you will love it.

Do you own this bronzing powder? What do you think of it :)
Until next time

Sleek i Divine Eyeshadow Palettes in Sparkle, Storm & Avoir la Peche

Hey my beautiful's how are you all doing?  Today I am reviewing some Sleek i divine Mineral Based Eyeshadow Palettes i own and as you can see i own 3 so far.  I have done a Video review on these already so i am basically just showing you photos of swatches and the palettes in this Blog post
So if you want to know my thoughts and my experiences check out my video below:
Sleek Sparkle Eyeshadow Palette (Limited Edition)
They all come with an eyeshadow applicator and huge mirror
This eyeshadow palette came out in 2010 for the Holidays/Christmas.  I had my eye on it for ages before it was released but it sold out literally the minute it was released on the site.  So i had to go hunting on ebay to get it.  I was not letting this palette slip through my fingers hahahaha.  I was delighted to find one eventually and only paid €8.50 including postage for it.

You can really notice the sparkle in the palette but when swatched its not overly glittery at all.  when blended they look absolutely amazing.  If you pack on the eyeshadow with a base on you can then see bling bling.
This is definitely a favourite of mine.  Its perfect for nights out, Christmas and New Years.   The shadows are so smooth and a pleasure to use the only one that feels a little gritty would be the 4th for the left on the top row as there is chunks of glitter in that one.  So altogether you have in this palette 9 beautiful sparkly eyeshadows and 3 Matte shades which are the goldy one, the silver and the black.  This palette is over all brilliant very pigmented and full of life i love it
The Swatches Below are made with no primer underneath

Sleek Avoir La Peche Eyeshadow Palette (Limited Edition)

This too is a Limited edition but i checked on ebay and it is available.  I got this when it first came out.  It contains some beautiful Peaches, Oranges, a goldy and a couple of grey shades.  As i stated on the video this isnt one of my favourites but reason for that is that is my less used palette.  Dont get me wrong that shades a fabulous i love how vibrant they are.  They are perfect for the summer and spring time.   I think the reason its not my favourite is because i feel that this palette would really suit someone with medium to dark skin tone.  Me im more on the paler side but i still use the brighter colours if i was doing a smokey eye :).

These ieyeshadow i found to be a little on the powdery side but so creamy and smooth.  They are so pigmented and so bright and cheerful.

Sleek i-Divine Storm Eyeshadow Palette

Ok i think this palette is one of the most reviewed palette belonging to Sleek as its a permanent one.  This palette was recommended to me by the lovely Sinead Cady from The Make-up Chair
i have seen her use this palette quite a bit in her videos so i automatically knew i was going to love it and BOY do I love it.  Well on my video you could get the idea that i absolutely love this palette its definitely my top out of the 3 so far.
This palette consists of 9 shimmery not glittery eyeshadows and 3 matte.  This is a perfect palette for everyday.  You can create lovely looks with this palette its really great and i highly recommend it.

I think i basically said enough in the video about this haha so will not go on and on about it but definitely a 10/10 in my book for this you wont regret buying this if you do get it.

So thats my review on these if you have any questions on these comment below i will get back to you straight away.
Check out the Sleek website for more eyeshadow palettes
Have you got any Sleek eyeshadow Palettes?  Whats your thoughts on them?

Travalo Excel Review

Available in various colours

Hey everyone hope you are all well
I recently done a review on the Travalo Excel the Refillable Perfume Atomizer bottle spray.
If you want to see my video review and demonstration on it check it out below

So here is some photos of it and i will tell you a little more about it in-case I missed anything :) :)

Travalo Excel is finger-sized at a convenient 8.6cm long and weighs only 20 grammes, yet when filled it gives over 65 sprays of fragrance, in a wonderfully fine mist spray.
The included case provides protection from scratches and dirt when carrying your Travalo in hand bags, sports bags, rucksacks or travel baggage.  It also prevents in the case of any spillage (which will not happen) any of your luggage or items getting destroyed with perfume.
Travalo is made from the same aluminium material as high tech aircraft, making it extremely light and strong.
To buy this on line it costs £12.99 and £2.50 postage as the Travalo Excel is only new its only available on line at the moment but the Travalo Classic which is a little small(has 50 sprays in it)  is available on-line and in stores everywhere on the site it costs £9.99 and £2.50 postage here in Ireland it costs €8.99 to buy in selected stores.

This is so easy to fill up.  The best way to fill this is on a flat surface and also with the lid on.

So if you need more information on this Fabulous creation check out their website www.travalo.com

So that's my review for today everyone
hope you enjoyed

Essence Multi Action Mascara Review

I love mascaras and most of all love trying new mascaras.  The thing is any mascaras i have liked and i mean really liked has always cost me €10 or more.  Anything cheaper has always ended up just not satisfying my needs or wants out of a mascara.  Thats not saying all mascaras that are over €10 are great either no no i have had my fair share of disappointing mascaras that i have paid what i call good money for and ended up throwing it in the bin.
Even if i had to leave the house for some apparent reason and had no makeup on i would still have to have mascara on.  Mascara has to be one of my top favourite beauty product of all time.  How many of you out there reading this agrees comment below.
I dont want to get it in my head that any mascaras cheaper than around €10 are all bad so i will still to this day try cheaper mascaras as i know in my own heart and soul there is good ones out there.
Well this is where you will find out has Essence Multi Action Mascara Proved me Wrong !!!!!!
So lets get reviewing shall we.

I have to say one thing this packaging does not look as cheap as it was. Its not the best but not the worst.  To be honest who really actually cares about the packaging REALLY!!! I know i personally dont.  I feel what more important is the product.

I was instantly impressed by the wand and brush.  As thats the first thing i look out for.  this size brush is perfect for that perfect appliction.
I have big enough eyes and this brush is perfect for me but to be honest its a perfect sized brush for anyone.   What i love about the brush is that the bristles are close together which means ever lash gets separated evenly love it.

So lets talk about the pro's & cons
PROS
Of course its cheap and affordable at only €2.79
It lengthens
It adds a little volume
It holds the curl on you lashes
It doesn't clump as the formula is slightly watery more than other mascaras
It doesn't flake
It doesn't smudge even though its not waterproof
The brush is perfect and doesn't make you make a mess while applying
doesn't feel heavy on the eyes no matter how many coats you put on.

CONS
It doesn't work straight away to be honest.  I found it showed its true potential a week or a little more after use.
It doesnt add a huge amount of volume but does a little( this is why i have it in both pros & cons)

Thats basically all the cons i have on this mascara.  Like for a cheap mascara you surely wouldnt have extremely high expectations would you?
Overall im actually amazed my this product i am perfectly happy with it and its perfect for everyday use.  For the price what more would you be looking for.  I love the fact it doesnt flaske or smudge and its not even waterproof.  Would i recommend this mascara??
Of course if you are on a budget this is 100% perfect i love it and shall continue to purchase this one.  I am eager to try more of essence mascaras now.

Sorry about the bad photo i was tired that day and it was night time .  I had to show you guys this photo in particular as this was a photo taken of me wearing the mascara literally all day.   I wore the mascara from 9 oclock that morning and this photo was taken at 9 that night 12 hours not bad for a cheap mascara eh?
So i hope this was helpful to you all.  If you have any questions please comment below as i love hearing from you.
Until next time
Take care

Essence Stay With Me Long Lasting Lipgloss Review

Hey everyone
hope you are all well
Today I am doing my review on these
Essence Stay with Me Long Lasting Lipglosses.  This is a follow up review on
I have decided with the help of all of you that i will review all the items separate So that it is not too
Much to read on one blog post lol And with the way i talk you would be asleep half way through my review hahahaha
So on with my review im babbling :)

First of all for all of you who dont know what Essence Makeup Is or where its from i will explain
Essences is originally made and from Germany.  Its said that Essence and Catrice Cosmetics are like sisters.  I am not 100% sure about that but its said.  Essence is very like Catrice as in price.  I have actually found Essence is a little cheaper but less selection and also some of the products from Essence is smaller in quantity so maybe thats why its cheaper.
Essence is not available in every country yet but here is a list of where it is available
germany, the netherlands, belgium, ireland, spain, croatia, italy, switzerland and austria.  It is also available on Ebay.  They do not as of yet have an online site as they feel that because the cost of the products are so cheap postage would be too expensive.  So i hope that fills you in.  If not check out their site.

So i Got these 3 Lip glosses from Dyna and I was instantly excited when i seen the shades.  They look so bright and cheerful in the tube and the exact shades i would normally go for.
So basically what you see in the picture as to packaging is exactly what you get.  The Tube is a nice sturdy plastic tube and the lid is quite sturdy too so not fears of leaks from this lipgloss i tell you.

The applicator is a little different than normal lipglosses i have tried.  Its like an hour glass sponge applicator now its ok but im not sure about it to be honest i would have prefered the normal brush but hey its not a major problem to be honest lol.  Thats just me been fussy.  Like the applicator does fit your lip perfectly and you can use the end of it to go around your lips perfectly but i found i spend longer applying the lipgloss with this applicator than any other one.  Anyways enough about that

As you can see you are getting 4mls per tube and these only cost €2.49 each I thin prices vary in different countries.  As far as i know there are 6 to 7 shades available of these glosses.  As you can see i got 3
The shades are
03 Candy Bar
02 My Favourite Milkshake
01 Me & My Ice cream
Candy Bar first thought was wow a red.  But its actually not a red its more or a Coral shade than red.  A very bright coral i have to say.  This is the most pigmented out of the 3 i have and looks pretty on the lips.
My Favourite Milkshake this is a nice peachy shade.  I found this quite sheer but looks fantastic over a nude lipstick.  Or just to wear on its own is just as nice
Me & My Ice cream This is a pale baby pink shade.  It too is fairly sheer on the lips.  If you don't have highly pigmented lips (like i do) you might get some colour pay-off from it.
Candy Bar, My Favourite milkshake & Me & My Icecream
 About The Gloss
The texture of these glosses have actually pleasantly surprised me.  The one thing i have noticed is that they are super creamy and non-sticky.  They have a thick consistency which is great as you know these are going to last a while on your lips.  They feel so moisturising on the lips and your lips feel so smooth and soft after wearing them i love that.
They smell sort of sweet like berries.  Not overly sweet though and the scent wears off after about 5-10 minutes so anyone who doesn't like sweet glosses doesn't have to wait that long for it to go away.
This i have to say is a builable lip-gloss.  The pigmentation is very good for a cheap gloss.  Plus you can layer it up to make it even more pigmented.
These lip glosses without a doubt last on my lips for a good 3 hours depending on if i have eaten or drank something.  Pretty good in my book.
Candy Bar
My Favourite Milkshake
Me & My Icecream
Overall I think these are well worth trying out they are great on their own, over your favourite lipstick or even over a lip liner.  You are getting way more than what you are paying for with these.
Have you tried these glosses yet
Whats your thought on them
comment below :) I love to hear from you
Until Next time
