#28 Days of Kisses *Day 17 Lipstick Tag

Hey my beauties How are you all doing :)

Have you ever had one of those days were you want to be lazy and wear trackies all day plus wear no makeup and just watch TV and munch all day ????

Well I had one of those days today but I still wanted to have a wee bit of something on my face just incase I got some unexpected caller to the day after all it is Sunday and in Ireland Sunday is usually spent with family or visiting family members etc.

So i didnt go too ever board with my face or hair today just simple yet nice. You might notice in the picture later on that I was also having a bad hair day but your not going to hold that against me are you :) ;)

Anyway Todays lipstick choice is yet another very very affordable lipstick actually I have already worn the same brand same range lipstick a few days ago only this time I have chosen a different shade

The Brand

E.l.f Cosmetics of course and its their one and only lipsticks from the cheaper range aka essential range and each of them cost £1.50 :)

Please excuse the old photo of this lipstick which I have already reviewed over a year ago but the reason I am using this old photo is because I have depotted this lipstick which I will show you below but wanted to show you what the lipstick looks like in the packaging :)

The shade I chose for today is "Classy" which is a lovely mauve pink shade. This lipstick is an absolute dream to apply and adds a nice shade to your lips for everyday wear :) :) The shade is pigmented enough to see on the lips but not over powering :)

This is suppose to be a near dupe of Mac's Angel lipstick only Angel is a little more on the pinker side but if you are looking for a cheaper alternative here it is :)

Here it is lightly applied on my lips. It is such a pretty shade and will suit any skin tone :)

Well thats it for the day :) Now its time for me to continue on with my "lazish day" with a nice hot bath and a dvd before getting some kip What are you all doing tonight?

#28 Days of Kisses *Day 16 Lipstick Tag

Hey my beauties how are you all doing today :)

Today's Lipstick choice is actually an unexpected on lol

I had another lippy planned for today but then low and behold I got my Glossybox in the door and I am sure you can guess what one of the items was in there.

yeeeeee a lipstick :)

Now this lipstick comes from a brand I have never heard of before and I love getting the chance to hear about new brands and try their products. Its so exciting. Its like shopping for a new outfit or getting a new hair cut trying something different and unexpected. Not only that but the shade is also one new for me as I do not have a shade like this in my collection :)

So I just had to try it and of course include it in todays post :)

The brand I am on about is Helen E Cosmetics now please excuse the next photo as I only realised that its a wee bit blurry but the rest is fine :)

Ok so my first impressions on the packaging is "hmmmm ok its different" right ok there isnt really anything exciting about it to be honest but hey is it true what they say about some brands??? They pay more attention to the product than the packaging.

There are 21 shades of this lipstick to chose

Helen E Cosmetic's Long Lasting Lip Colour :)

Each lipstick contains 3.5 g of product and costs £8 to buy :)

Now the shade I got is a WOW to me Ok Reds are daunting sometimes but this little beauty is another daunting shade well that is what I thought when I first saw it :)

The shade I got is "Raspberry". This is surely a deep Cherry red when applied heavily on the lips It does look more raspberry when applied with one layer. Its a semi matte lipstick does have a little bit of micro shimmers which are only a tiny bit noticeable if you look at it with a magnifying glass :)

Let me tell you know this is surely "They put more effort into the product rather than the packaging" lipstick I tell you

The texture is and feels amazing. Its so so smooth and creamy It literally need not effort to swatch. The above picture is one layer swatched. Awww its a dream to apply without a doubt and to be honest you could actually away with applying this without a liner as it never bled once for me but normally I would apply a lip liner just to be on the safe side.

The above picture is in normal light with 2 coats. Look how pigmented this shade is :)

Now I will show you what its like on the lips with the flash of the camera

Stunning just stunning :)

Now let me tell you this little beauty is like a stain. Long Lasting is surely the right name for it. It wore off to look more like a berry red. Now if you suffer with dry lips I will tell you to make sure you apply a balm before hand and maybe carry it around with you because after about 5 hours this does sort of soak into your lines and dry out a little but after applying a little balm it feels fine

Over all I am impressed with the lipstick. I feel it is definitely worth £8 without a doubt. The shade on the other hand with be worn on a night out when I have tan on and a little darker foundation applied as it does not suit my fair to medium skin tone aka normal everyday skin tone.

Its Impressed me that much I am thinking of trying another lipstick this time maybe a tad bit lighter lol

#28 Days of Kisses *Day 15 Lipstick Tag

Well hello there my beautifuls. I hope you are all well :)

Well today's lips are a little different because instead of wearing a lipstick I wore a lip gloss. Reason been is because I wanted a change after 2 whole weeks of wearing nothing but lipstick its nice to take that break away plus I didn't want too much attention brought to my lips I wanted my eyes to stand out more today :) :)

So I chose a gloss I actually reviewed before but didn't really give the review it deserved in fact i basically made out that this gloss could be duped for a cheaper version ( because it is a little on the pricey side) in which It can but I have to admit I have grown to love it more especially for the reason I wore it today. When I took a Photo of this gloss with a flash I wouldn't believe how beautiful it looked and the fact that it is sheer does not make a difference, it was still noticeable.

The gloss I am talking about is .......

Mally's Beauty High-shine Liquid Lipstick Pen

Now if you missed it I done a whole review on a box of goodies I bought from the Mally beauties section on QVC.co.uk. If you missed that or do not know who Mally is check out this post and that will fill you in ;)

Mally states that this is your lip primer, liner, lipstick and gloss all in one. Now in my review I said to be honest that to me this is literally just a gloss in my eye and still to this day It is just a gloss but its also an amazing gloss because its not like some drug-store glosses I have tried and test that only last about a half hour on your lips or wear away into this icky yucky line in the middle of your lips no no. Actually this gloss puts me in mind of the NYX mega shine lip glosses in which I absolutely love and adore :)

Ok the price tag on this beauty is a bit crazy $20 off Mally's site but there is sets you can buy in which normally you will get one of these in that are alot better value and your get more for your buck.

Starburst is one of the shades from the collection and it is a pretty sheer pink with golden shimmer. I was sort of disappointed in the fact that it was sheer but to be honest for days like today It suited my choice nicely.

#28 Days of Kisses *Day 14 Lipstick Tag

Hey my Gorgeous beauties out there How are you all doing :)

Happy Valentines to you all :)

I hope you all had and are having a lovely day and evening :) no matter what your doing

Well this blog post is going to be very short and sweet as I have a video review on this particular lipstick and If you are a follower for a while you will know that I am a huge fan of these lipsticks so much so that I have quick a for shade of this lipstick in my collection

Following from yesterdays post I am including yet another lipstick by e.l.f cosmetics :)

This time its from the Mineral Line :) :)

I will post the video of my review and swatches of all the shades I have at the end of this post but in all I love these.

They are amazing value

They are smooth and creamy

They are hugely pigmented

The packaging is actually really good on them

They lasting power is amazing

They contain no parabens, no preservatives and no chemical dyes.

They are a dream to apply

What more do you need from a lipstick eh?

Let me go ahead and show you the shade I chose to wear today :) Which is one of my favourite shades in the collection. Its a perfect everyday wear lipstick

e.l.f Mineral Lipstick in Rosy Tan :)
Awwwwwww this shade is amazing I love it for everyday wear and for a toned down sort of neutral look for night time too :)
Rosy Tan is a lovely neutral pinky/brown shade to. This is a creamy matte lipstick with a semi matte finish. Its just beautiful This lipstick is surely one I go back to buy :)

I do find it is very sheer to start off with but builds up to a beautiful shade when you are done :) :)
This shade would look stunning on a bride on her big day too as it looks natural but puts a little life on her lips all at the same time :)

And here it is on the lips :)

I just love it :)
